So glad this place came to Fort Lauderdale! Was in a bind when my wife totaled her car, I walked in and the staff at track motors was understanding of my situation. They had me in a reliable car in a few days!

I m in the automotive Business and I ve never been treated so poorly. The dealership was very responsive in the morning they said within two hours I will call you back with the final price. Never did and then indicates that the vehicle that I inquired about was sold. I understand these things happen but then at the end the manager hung up on me and said I don t have time for this. I thought to myself wow you don t have time for a customer. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau about this. Don t even think about Doing business here guys I promise this place is horrible.

From the moment I spoke with Nikolai I felt welcomed and at ease he took the time to answer all of my millions of questions and never not once Brushed me away.. The moment I walked in the whole staff was welcoming this is a family based company and let me tell you by the time I was done I not only walked away with the car of my dreams but I felt like my kids and I were a part of the family! This place is fake Advertisement the cars they have on there web site they do have when u go there they say 500.00 down but it s really 1,000 down and there payments are not 200 a month they show me two cars 1 out of the 2 cars did not start what a waste on a drive from Palm Beach and the other car was So rusted out it was a shame.

I was going through a nightmare looking for a car when I came across this establishment. From the moment I walked on to their lot, I was provided with excellent service and care. My husband and I had been scammed by another used car dealership the week prior, so we were very afraid to look into another dealership. However, Christie and Mike were so amazing, educating, and actually helped us search not only for the perfect car but one within our budget! Over the last few weeks we have had a minor issue with the vehicle purchased, but rather turning us away after purchasing the car they have allowed us to have the issue looked at and fixed. This is what I call service, and because of it I recommend anyone to this place! Finally, I would like to give a shout out to Track Motors for being a 5 star establishment and a HUGE thank you to the staff that has been apart of our decision making process: Christie, Mike, Dana, Billy, Frank, and the young lady in the back that always helps me over the phone! The anti theft system activated on the car I purchased approximately 45 days after purchase. Had it towed in and they fixed it for free. I am appreciative and will not hesitate to recommend Track Motors to anyone.

THEY HAVE A TOW COMPANY THAT IS PICKING UP CARS 3-4 TIMES A WEEK FROM CUSTOMERS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE BECAUSE OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS!! TEST DROVE A CAR THAT I WAS SEEKING TO PURCHASE I WAS TOLD THE CAR HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES BUT THE BRAKES DIDN'T AT ALL WORK AND THE CONTROL ARM POPPED AS SOON AS I WENT DOWN THE STREET THE CHECK ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION LIGHT CAME ON SOON AFTER . They initially sold me a vehicle and the engine blew within three days of having the vehicle; however, they did replace the engine with no charge to me and the car was back up and running smoothly. With that being said, that was very nice of them BUT I would caution anyone who considers shopping here to be EXTRA careful. It is very important to have someone to look at the vehicle for you PRIOR to purchasing the vehicle,. I was involved in a car accident shortly after and the car was deemed a total loss because the odometer had been tampered with and realistically, I paid $6000 for a car that was worth no more than $2000.... So yeah, I was ripped off. I don't think they check their vehicles prior to listing them for sale so I advise you to do so. Now I'm out of the money I did put towards the car. Oh yeah, PAY ATTENTION TO THE DOCUMENTS YOU ARE SIGNING. Make sure you are well aware of what type of title the vehicle has because I also purchased a vehicle with a salvaged title; however, I was under the impression that the vehicle had a clean title.

Honestly, never written a review before and didn t write one when I got my Infiniti. But when I had issues four months after buying my car I talked to Frank on the phone. He was great, we worked out the appointment and pick up dates over the phone and he promised to pay for the service. He followed through, paid almost nothing for the parts and was on my way. Terrible business!!!! I just called today about a car that was on their site and on letgo and i made sure it was available by 2 different people before i drove all the way from Homestead. When we got there the guy said that car had been sold and has been gone for a few days. He said whoever told me that on the phone just said it was available because all they want is money. Smfh disgusting. I wasted money, time and energy on driving all the way there for no reason.

Watch out for these guys the cars might look great but their are underlying issues, i purchased a car from them and less than 24 hours after having it, it stared giving problems, they said they would have it towed back to thier shop to try and resolve the issues; will update once i hear back from them

I just recent brought a car from this company April 25 didn t drive it if the lot til April 27 they told me they did a oil change and a tune-up which I still took it upon myself to take it to a mechanic and he told me to take the car back immediately but I still gave them a benefit of the doubt I then took it to get a oil change because the car was showing the oil light, the engine light, and gas cap light also my air conditioning stop working after being told it was fully charged i always make my payments on time and I drop a list of diagnostic test off to them that showed a list of thing bad tires driver side had a slash, engine cylinder 2 going bad, a gas leak and some other things and I have a broken window that I was told they would order and I never got a call for that it s very hard to get in contact with them either they put you on long holds or they don t answer and their mailbox is full I brought this car because I m a mother of three and we needed reliable transportation to get us from point A to point B I m usually don t do this I usually handle it with the company but I ve been calling them since June 6 to try to get them to pick up the car to see what s the issue but they can t do that so now I m currently looking for a better company to deal with and I will be contact better business bureau along with contacting my lawyer because I feel like I ve been cheated out of my hard working money. Yes I understand at car lots the goal is to make a sale to get your money but also to keep more money coming you need excellent customer services and better cars because driving that car endangered me and my family anything could ve happened luckily it just cut off and not crank back up but they could have at least answered to try to assist me with the car I even contacted finance company but it was nothing they can do

Don't buy from these people they are shady.They sold me a lemon of a car with no working driver's side seat belt, a rigged up passengers side window, and a rubbing/scrapping noise under coming from under the car. The car needed a tune up so I brought it in, waited hours for them to finish only for the car to be in the exact same condition it was in when I dropped it off. Also, had the car cut off on me numerous times on a trip out of state. Lastly, I had to wrangle with their finance company "Car Financial Services" to get the to remove the account from my credit report. I repeat do not do business with them!

So this place refunded me a partial deposit which was great BUT they charged me $407 in sales tax. WILLIAM II C SANDIDGE contacted me after a previous bad review and offered me a credit of $407. I don"t want the credit I want my money back!
You can not charge sales tax when there was NO sale. I will be contacting the Florida Dept of Revenue tomorrow morning in regards to this issue. If at the very least they will investigate the issue.

Currently have my lawyers drawing up a lawsuit. I bout a car here on 5/11/20 and 5/23/20 it was repo. My first payment isnt due to 6/10/20 per the finance agreement. Mind you the ac in car wasnt working and the day before repo i spent two hours in office trying to get car fixed.
