Our experience far exceeded our expectations throughout the entire negotiation process. We also met Philip, the manager, and he was also a pleasure to deal with - very transparent!

I can't say enough about Tim and the excellent service I received from the Orlando Jaguar dealership! Not only did Tim go through my car and provided a detailed report of what was needed. Tim also handled everything with my warranty company! Stayed in touch with me every step of the way! Picked up my Jag today and it's excellent in every way!! Whole experience was really professional. Dwayne, my sales person, is a really great guy. He spent a bunch of time before I committed to anything, showing me the car in detail. He knows the product very well. The whole dealership staff made me feel appreciated during the buying process. It was capped off with a home visit from Thalia, who did a wonderful job walking me through every feature on the car. She knew everything about the car and never made any question seem silly. Really great dealership all around.

I just want to say that Alice was the most patient, informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating sales person I've ever had at any dealership. She would literally text me images of vehicles. As a result, I was able the get the right F-Pace at the right price before it was even listed on the website.

Jimmy in finance was awesome in explaining in detail all the options to finance and protect my vehicle. I left feeling confident about my purchase for years to come.

The dealership staff was very friendly from receptionist to service. I think I'll just hang out with my dealership family whenever I'm in the area. And the coffee machine, well let's say Starbucks is lucky that there's no Jaguar of Orlando, next door!

I would like to share my experience with Jaguar Orlando and Corbet Vaupel in particular. I'm now on my second Jaguar and have always serviced my vehicles at Jaguar Orlando. Corbet is a huge part of that. I've recently been involved in what appeared as a minor fender bender but has turned into quite a bit more given where my car was hit. Corbet has gone above and beyond to give me much more than satisfactory service. To be completely honest, I'm much happier with Jaguar than my own insurance company who has dropped the ball on more than one occasion in this related insurance claim. Corbet along with Jaguar Orlando are the exact reasons why I will remain in the Jaguar family without the need to mention that these cars are quite sexy!

This place is the best!! We have been doing business with them and specifically Abner since 2012!!!! Abner listens to your wants and finds the best car for you. Great customer service Service specialist Corbet was very prompt on updates on the status of vehicle being serviced. The prices are a little higher for parts(is to be excepted it is a Jaguar) but the quality of repairs are top notch. Would go there again

Paolo, our salesperson was extremely professional and courteous. There were no unpleasant surprises during the signing of the contract. The service department is also wonderful. Norris goes out of his way to make sure everything is done to perfection. He goes above and beyond and exceeds all expectations. This dealership is absolutely amazing. They have earned our customer loyalty and we will definitely return to them when we are in the market for our next Jaguar.

I have been coming here to get my jaguar XF serviced for years. Each visit I spend an average of $2k. My service reps are always great. I started with Corbit and the last three visits I've had Tim W. He is an extremely nice person and I like him a lot. Awesome guy! Now the other staff members are the problem. When I went to pick up my vehicle on 10/10/18, which was a Sat. Tim was off. I go in to get my key and pay. First of all the CASHIER never even said hello. No acknowledgement she just stared at me. So finally I said "I'm here to pickup my vehicle". She acted as if I were speaking french and I had to repeat it at least three times(My English is extremely clear) Finally she understood and saw my packet. She picked it up and said $2386. NO do you have any questions, no smile, no nothing very rude, very dry for a customer who's spending over $2,000. I pay, no thank you, no have a great day just very rude. In addition, I looked at several trucks prior to walking in. No sales person ever came out to greet me, ask if I had any questions, nothing. I looked when I dropped my car off and when i came a week later to pick my car up. I looked at vehicles inside the showroom and outside. Not one person asked if they could help me. When I picked up, my plan was to purchase the new F Pace, I had the check in my purse ready to pay. NOT ONE PERSON TRIED TO ASSIST! So I left, went to a dealership with great customer service and purchased a Range Rover, the same day! I can only assume because of my ethnicity, I got no customer service. I've had friends come and experience similar and go to Tampa instead to purchase. I have no plans of returning for service and def no purchases. I think Jaguar needs to do some immediate customer service training. I've been coming for several years and the climate has been similar each visit. I have no plans on returning.

Awesome service on every level. My service Advisor was Trevor he has always made me feel comfortable. Especially when you a woman with no knowledge on what s required and what s not he has always explained in detail I highly recommended Jaguar Orlando.

After searching nationwide for months for the right Jaguar XFR, I stumbled across Jaguar Orlando and Gary Swinard. The level of customer service that Gary provided was outstanding. I drove to this dealership from Ormond Beach thinking that my car( Jaguar s type) would get fixed but instead it s gotten worst. I had a few things to be worked on so they had my car for about a week and a half but during that whole time they had my car I would get a call from them saying O this needs fixing as well so i would say ok. By the time I picked my car up the amount was almost 6grand. But that s not even the best of it yet, when I went to pick my car up it had an issue right before I was going to take it so they had to bring it in again to fix I don t know what. After a few more hours later my car was supposedly done. So then I leave and not even a week later my car won t start and I had to have it towed to the nearest auto shop which was Honest 1. I did try to call Jaguar dealership about this situation but I keep getting transferred to different people. Til this day my car is still having problems. Problems that I never had before going to this dealership.

Alice at Jaguar of Orlando continues to be an excellent resource and tremendous help even after her job was completed. She works on the sales side of the company. We had a lovely experience as she oversaw all of the details of the sales and purchase aspect of our new Jag. However, she continues to provide exceptional customer service after our initial purchase. While I was having my car serviced this week, she reached out while I was at the dealership and took extra steps to make sure I was taken care of. We can not recommend Alice highly enough. Jaguar service is always exceptional. Norris my service advisor is always helpful. Only problem is the extended warranty is a waste of money as they wouldn t cover the parts needing replaced.

Just purchased an XJL working with Paulo Amaral.....definitely the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. Paulo was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service! Hector worked very hard to make sure everything was done with the utmost integrity throughout the transaction. That's not something you see often when buying a vehicle. Even when an opportunity came up for them to jump through a loop hole and not honor something that was promised to me over the phone, they took the high road and chose to come out of pocket for me, even though the transaction was complete and they already had the sale. That spoke volumes to me of Hector's and this Dealer's character/level of customer service. Thank you all!
