Abner was very helpful, attentive and full of knowledge about the product. With Jaguar or Aston Martin all my questions were answered. Abner is a gentleman and very hospitable. I would definitely buy from him again.

My name is Dennis, to all those looking for a great experience, hassle free, straight to business, you must visit Jaguar Orlando. The whole team is great, but when you visit the dealership, you need to ask for Mr. Dwayne, He is a gentleman and knows how to treat people VIP. Mr. Dwayne, gave me many options to choose from. I just told Dwayne, I need a white Jag, sporty, but with the best pricing possible. Mr. Dwayne said, let me get you some coffee, wait a few minutes, that I will come back with your car. A few minutes later, he drove up with the perfect and exact Jag I was looking for!!! and just an hour in a half later, I was headed home too surprise my with. So the moral of my story is that if you want to buy a great car, have VIP experience, great coffee, in and out in a flash, get the best possible price for your trade-in and have the best salesman called Dwayne, I am sure that you will experience the same as I did!!! Other Jaguar dealerships that are closer to where we live treat us well, but we drive the extra distance when we want the car done right....and done right the first time. After their evaluations, they let us know what the car needs today, but also what to expect on the horizon. They ve always been dead-on with their assessments. The grade I level I give them, is straight A . Don Byrd is our Service Advisor, and he an integral part of the reason we give Jaguar Orlando such high marks. -R

Everyone from reception to managing my repairs was top notch! Staff were pleasant, empathetic, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Randall the Service Officer handled my
Jaguar XJ8 repair needs with great interest and follow-through. Even with a 2004 Jag, I felt as welcomed as if I had pulled up in a 2015 newer model. I wish every company ran with the same excellence in customer care that I received.

I had seat warmer problems since I purchased the car from a different dealer. I had taken it to their service department and they told me that it is temperature sensitive and it would not be getting warmer if the temperature is warmer outside.
But Jaguar Orlando Service department found to be a faulty module and replaced it and it works great. They gave a loaner until it was fixed. Their service was excellent and I would highly recommend their service department especially Tim Waltig and his crew.

Kristopher and the weekend crew are amazing! This location is a bit overpriced, but they price match other Certified Jag dealers.

When you are treated by the service advisor almost like family, it goes a long way. Norris is an asset to the dealership.

My first interaction with Orlando Jaguar was excellent. I was considering an F-Type when I met Paulo. He was professional, patient and competent. It took me a couple of visits to take the plunge, but Paulo was a pleasure to work with each visit.

I went with the R-spec coupe and have not regretted a moment of it. Well, I guess one regret - that I don't have my own circuit track to open it up on......

Great product, Love our F-Pace and the service is unprecedented. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere in West Virginia. Jaguar totally took care of us, they paid for a hotel then offered to fly us home to Florida because it was going to take a few days to fix. We decided to rent a car which they also paid for, and then returned our car to our door on a car hauler! Highly recommend Jaguar. The employees are wonderful and Tim in Customer Service has been a pleasure to work with.

I am a Jaguar XJ/SC owner. Have never been more impressed with service at any dealership. Corbet the service consultant is exceptional, friendly and always on point. I am always kept aware of what is being done and how much time it is going to take. Jared the mechanic is always thorough and explains everything he is doing clearly. In fact almost every time I have been in there for service they have done more than what is asked of them with a great attitude. Sales reps are knowledgeable and not pushy. I have dealt with Gary and Abner and both are extremely helpful. The entire team over there seems excited to be a part of this dealership and it shows 100%. I have had my fair share of autos over the years and dealt with personnel from dealers all over the state (Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, etc). These guys at Jaguar Orlando are the real deal. Could not ask for a better experience from any dealer. Everyone from the top down goes above and beyond and it is really noticeable. Would recommend this dealer over any other from sales to service!

My experience with purchasing a Mercedes from Rene from Jaguar Orlando was beyond amazing. Rene was super attentive with me and did everything possible to make my transaction easy. And his amazing costumer service didn t just stop there he also had my car cleaned and waxed and ready for me and since I couldn t make it, met me halfway to pick it up.
