I came into Jaguar of Orlando this past weekend and had the worst experience at this dealership. I came in ready to leave with a car that day with an appointment. When I arrived to the dealership I was put in the lobby for over an hour and no salesmen even acknowledged me. The most helpful was the receptionist. The salesman that finally came to help me would not even bring me into his office and started bringing me paperwork in the lobby. After sitting there for about another 20 minutes, I got up and found him and he finally brought me into his office. Never was I asked what car I was even interested in, nor what I was even looking for in a car. As I was filling out a credit application, my salesman left me to go assist someone else. When he comes back, he asks me to follow him to show me the car I was interested in, and I told him yes and I was ready to purchase that day. He said that they were closing and that he would call me the next day to finalize everything. It has now been a week and I can not get a hold of him or anyone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
