I brought my 2011 XJL in to have them test and hop...

I brought my 2011 XJL in to have them test and hopefully repair a non working key fob. The service technician told it me would be about an hour. 3 hours later I am still waiting for my car after receiving an estimate for over $5,000 in other repairs they suggest I fix. They have been washing my car for over an hour. And I paid almost $200 for the attempt to fix the key, which was unsuccessful. Most expensive car wash ever. For my first visit to this dealership, I am very dissatisfied and will look elsewhere for service in the future.
