Go somewhere else unless you have time to waste trying to protect your identity. I purchased a vehicle here on July 7 and on July 8 a credit card was open in my maiden name and my mother s address which is ironically what was on all the paperwork Jaguar had. I called and spoke to someone in Finance (I will kindly retract his name) who basically told me that my personal information is easy to get and questioned how I dispose of papers at home with my personal information - no apology, no accountability, no follow-up. Now we are dealing with the headache of this mess and no word from Jaguar Orlando who seems to be incapable of proper customer service as well as managing personal information.
