They are very difficult to deal with. I spent 5 months after I moved out of a co-op they managed trying to get back my move out deposit. I've never had to work so hard in my life to get my own money returned to me. I would run in the other direction if you are looking a properties and they are managed by TCM.

I worked for TCM years ago and I am still recovering from the experience. The owner Ralph acts like a playboy and hires mostly woman to work there and to admire him. The company's responsibility to its clients and staff is a joke. I am shocked that they are still in business; I am shocked that any woman would work there; I am shocked that any person or firm would hire them. A sad unhappy place.
Expect these people to act like you are bothering them and they are doing you a favor by listening to you. DO NOT expect them to get right on it . A useless collection of characters.
