Extremely disappointed in the service department. ...

Extremely disappointed in the service department. Initially I was told repairs would take 2 hours, in actuality it took 5 days. I was without a car and constantly had to contact my service advisor. Each time I spoke with the advisor I was told it would be ready the next day. Finally went to pickup my car after I was promised the dealership would arrange transport. And the car was filthy! Why buy a luxury car when this is the treatment you receive??? Wish I could give zero stars.
