I have now bought 5 cars from Jaguar Orlando. Jaguar produces a truly fine automobile that provides an excellent driving experience. More importantly, Jaguar Orlando makes the purchase and ownership experience exceptional. Without exception, everyone in the dealership is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They make it clear from the very first contact that they are glad to see you and totally committed to your happiness with the purchase, driving, and owning of a fine car. I can say from experience that the concern is consistent throughout the entire ownership time. The service department is as excellent as the sales - friendly, professional, and exceptionally well trained. The car is always repaired right the first time and returned sparklingly clean inside and out. Taking the car in for service is a great experience. The showroom, waiting area, and even the shop are immaculate and bright. Everyone is glad to see me and takes time to visit - and this includes the service writers, mechanics, sales people, and concierge.
