Mio marito e' stato ricoverato e, dal punto di vista medico, tutto e' stato perfetto mentre l'aspetto amministrativo si e' rivelato molto carente: il pagamento della fattura relativa e' stato fatto con bonifico il 9/12/15. Ho ricevuto un sollecito per mancato pagamento ieri 19/01/16 e stamattina ho chiamato immediatamente per segnalare i dati del bonifico...dopo che il centralino mi ha passato l'ufficio amministrativo ad hoc a cui ho proposto di segnalare gli estremi del pagamento mi e' stato detto seccamente, anzi "seccatamente" ,che avrei dovuto chiamare il servizio clienti e che me lo avrebbero passato direttamete.

Recently four years after my review above, they have improved even more. Certainly, as everywhere else, there are flaws but none of us, but absolutely nobody has no flaws. my family cares only and exclusively in Humanitas and we don't ask for better. A heartfelt thanks to everything, but excluding none of the staff and researchers who work tirelessly.

Sono stata operata in ortopedia e ricoverata per 13giorni comprensivi di riabilitazione.
Intervento non facile, ma riuscitissimo, ad opera del chirurgo dr Riccardi, molto bravo, e in piu disponibile, gentile e attento, mi ha seguito sempre. Ottima equipe e tutto ifunzionante ed efficiente anche in reparto. Molto bravi anche i fisioterapisti.
Personale cordiale e attento sotto tutti gli aspetti (anche il personale addetto ai pasti e in amministrazione/segreteria)
Inoltre il pal.8 dell'ortopedia ha un comodisdimo park sotterraneo, aperto anche al pubblico ed economico 0,90 h ), con ascensori che portano direttamente ai reparti.

For 3 days I have been trying to book a Uro-tac PRIVATELY in agreement with my insurance UNISALUTE this structure, they have been driving me crazy for 3 days, before the urologist's prescription is not good, so I had to go back to the urologist to have it written the prescription as HUMANITAS wished, then it is not a good idea how UNISALUTE makes the exam reservation as it does not correctly specify the type of exam.
