Unfortunately the minimum is a star!
I have THREE COMMITMENTS written by different doctors, with three different visits to book and every time I call or request a reservation I am told that you cannot book, or that the name of the visit is wrong, or that you are full until next month and that "YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CALENDAR OF THE NEXT MONTH" we are not talking about a year, but a month, ONE MONTH !! the online or telephone booking service is really a shame! many operators are inexperienced, unprepared and seem to be there by chance! they do not help the customer in any way and if you exceed 4/5 minutes of phone call they insist on hanging up because they have already spent too much time on you, so you have to call back and start over!
TO FEEL A STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONALS YOU MUST HAVE IN PRIMISTS OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF!
