con riguardo allo staff di ortopedia chirurgica del ginocchio del professor Marcacci,

I was operated on 20.11.19 by a professional who I consider a "great" in all respects (professionalism, humanity, simplicity and sympathy). I also mention the name because that's right (Dr. Giuseppe Santoro). I was hospitalized for about ten days and I found myself very well in the orthopedic structure in all respects. I don't know if this is because I did all this privately.

I write not so much to complain to them as they have the auto answer anyway, but rather to let others know how to approach this pseudo-vanguard clinic. By now I have understood that losing weight is an almost utopian thing because it is a serious addiction like it can be that of alcohol or drugs. And here the pearl that kills me and after which I close this thing that is becoming long and boring; the doctor asks me: then she lets herself go through this addiction and then when she has been operated on she can bring her back ...

I want to thank the staff at the Acceptance / Booking service for their availability which has allowed me to solve a problem related to an incorrect request, avoiding further losses of time and km.

ROZZANO first aid.
I went to the emergency room in ROZZANO for renal colic and correctly at the entrance they classified me as a GREEN CODE
After the infusion I was much better so I was discharged.
To my surprise, 2 days ago I received a call from Humanitas informing me that having been discharged as CODE WHITE I would have to pay 25 .
It is clear that after the treatments a person is better but the request for payment makes me think a lot about the Institute's approach ....... which highlights how it is more oriented to profit at any cost even in situations like this . I congratulate the management for providing these guidelines to staff. Of course, I paid the 25 as they don't make me rich or poor, but he thought that the Institute should think a lot about how to relate to the public or rather customers !!!

I update my previous review, I confirm the compliments to all the staff of the cancer center and in particular thank the surgeon who operated on me and all his staff .... But then over the course of more than a year I had encountered some serious problems along the path of care and I had updated my review worse, however, I must say that my criticism have not gone unheard ... for this reason I see my judgment in positive ....

Operato il 06.06.2019 alla clinica Humanitas di Castellanza per un semplice Laparocele degenza massima 3 notti.
09.06 operato per laparotomia esplorativa
18.06 operato per relaparotomia con resezione
26.06 operato per microperforazione perinastomica
rimasto in terapia intensiva per 27 giorni fattomi stomia
poi avuto virus preso in sala operatoria ,messomi in una
camera sterile per una decina di giorni, il 08.08 dimesso e il 18.09 ricanalizzato.
Risultato dopo 64 giorni in clinica mi ritrovo ancora con il laparocele, problemi alla mano sinistra indice insensibile e sempre dolorante , problemi al cuore, a causa delle troppe operazioni non posso piu essere operato.
L unica persona che devo ringraziare e il dott.Barbara il primario del reparto terapia intensiva.
Non posso accettare che mi si dica che una operazione su mille non vada a buon fine.
