Second to none customer service. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Their motto is "do the right thing" and they don't do anything less. The music store pretty much has any piece of gear you can think of. The staff is all extremely knowledgable. Even if you aren't into music, stop buy to check out the campus or to play in the free arcade!

got really mad for this company, I have a loan for 24 months no interest charge, but I still get charge for "feed charge" to my account per month. This is false advertisement . it said "$55 per month for 24 month, but with feed charge end up paid $55+$21=$76 per month. BEWARE OF THE FASLE ADVERTISEMENT PEOPLE

Bought a gift for my nephew. The customer service was probably the best I have ever received from an on-line order. We went to a concert in the Sweetwater Pavilion this evening and it was awesome! The concert featured 3 guitarists (each quite accomplished in their own right) performing together: John Jorgenson, Lee Roy Parnell, and Joe Robinson. Together they were outstanding. The opening band was a group of musicians comprised of Sweetwater staffers. They alone were worth the price of the event. This was our first visit to the Pavilion and the sound quality was noteworthy. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sweetwater!!

There's not much to say about Sweetwater because there's so much to say about Sweetwater. This place is a fabulous musical supply store, every staff member is willing to help and well trained for their job. Great place to enjoy lunch or just hang out and chill. Almost like being at an airport with all that goes on in the main hall.

Wonderful venue for a summer concert! Great parking,food and drink venues and several clean bathroom facilities. There is no tailgating allowed nor drinks allowed inside. You have plent of food options water,coffee, pop,and alcoholic beverages inside. Family friendly groups,friends or solo friendly. Staff are helpful and friendly. Tickets were very reasonable for Slash wi th h Myles Kennedy. Would drive 5 hrs again for a concert or event.
The online shop is FANTASTIC! The physical store is just Okay. Not much help available for questions. Not as knowledgeable as the sales team on line.

Love this place! I love the service I get here! At other stores I get ignored because they have more important things to do than help their customers, but not here! No complaints, but I wished they sold Chapman and more Music Man guitars.
