My husband was operated on in March by the team of prof. Fornari through Dr. Cardia of Cagliari. The surgery went very well with two cervical hernias that compressed the marrow with consequent immobilization of the right arm. I want to thank the whole B1 department very much starting from Doctor Cozzaglio's team, making my biggest congratulations to the future Doctor Federica who with great competence, kindness, humanity and professionalism always followed me with a smile. A huge thank you especially to Doctor Cozzaglio who even before being a doctor is a caring person who was able to listen to me and answer all my doubts and fears with patience, as well as having shown great professionalism.
Later I feel I have to thank the anesthesia team, who are also very good and professional.
Finally I want to thank the nurse Fabrizio of the B1 ward, a very good and helpful guy who was close to me even at night, really devoted to his work.

Medici quasi sempre molto preparati, competenti molto gentili e attenti, chirurghi capaci.
Punti deboli: pronto soccorso con poco personale che fa miracoli, infermieri stressati e attese eccessive e snervanti in un affollamento pazzesco.

HORRIBLE experience. After entering the operating block, a nurse passes me an electric razor and asks me to "shave at the point of the operation" (without words). Once done (I was also injured) I am placed in the bed and accompanied to the preoperative room where another nurse asks me if I had brought some phantom nonexistent exams, I now impatiently tell her that no one had told me to take any exam (except of those made at the pre-hospitalization that remained in the hospital). After the intervention, surreal film scenes, I ask a doctor, who only after I find out that he was an anesthesiologist, a little water and the answer was: "ask these questions to a nurse" in addition I was not given illness because I "should have asked for it in acceptance" and the post-intervention therapy was not explained to me at all (actually the last 2 complaints are the exclusive responsibility of the anesthesiologist who was superficial and haughty). Worse they could only fail the surgery and hurt me. Never again in humanitas.

I have been hospitalized 3 times in the last 5 years with a very complex operation (12 hours) and another simpler one. I must say that the assistance found by both doctors and nurses was excellent. The final results were equally positive.

Excellent structure, I have made several visits and exams over the years and I have always found myself well. The only drawback when you go to building 4, especially in the morning, to make the acceptance there is always a good wait to do ... but given the number of patients who manage it is understandable. Only a couple of times they were late on the visiting hours, even a lot, but yesterday, for example, I entered 40 minutes earlier :-) it's a bit lucky. Always kind doctors and staff, new machinery, and well-maintained facility.

Hospitalization and operation (gynecological area) late January 2020. Discharged 01.02.2020. Quick, fast, professional. All through SSN. Hospital stay in a double room always clean with ensuite bathroom. Food in the norm with other H. Kind, prepared and present staff. The doctors always active and present ready for any question. I allow myself to evaluate and review 5 stars because I guarantee you that not all hospitals are such at the Humanitas Clinical Institute.
