The booking service is very bad. The structure is not part of the Lombardy Region telephone / web service. You need to fill out a form on the Web and wait to be called back because by calling the number indicated there are never any operators available. Sometimes they call back after a week. It may happen that they call when you are not present / available and therefore you need to recompile the Web form. You need to recompile it even if there are no availability and the next agendas are not yet open. It will be the fifth time I have recompiled the form for 3 different requests and I do not understand which of the 3 failed to contact me (and how come then, I was at home all day) because it is not specified what I requested. It's really frustrating, it feels like you've been back 20 years.
