Telephone reservations practically impossible .... after several minutes of unnecessary waiting on the phone I was forced to give up. According to the site, there is the convenience of booking online visits also for the NHS in order to be contacted within 48 hours to complete the booking. Well, I do, I fill in all the fields also attaching a copy of the recipe as indicated and I send the request. I filled out the form on January 14, 2020 .... Today is January 21, but not even a shadow of the operator's phone call. Really efficient service .... congratulations !!!
