A fatica sono riuscito ad arrivare al pronto soccorso di MILANO, tempo 2 ore ed ero in una stanza, l indomani mi hanno drenato il polmone.
NON SONO IN GRADO, da evitare assolutamente.

Bad .... for 2 days I have been going to the emergency room for a splinter in the eye .... ok holidays, I'm fine .... They tell me to go on Tuesday .... and they write me on the first aid report "right eye : conjunctival hyperemia, no evidence of foreign bodies ", after I saw the splinter with my naked eye and felt bad. Telephone in the afternoon ... I ask him if there is an ophthalmologist, the nurse tells me (I suppose) that there is does not know how long it remains, could go away soon ...... I ask him another question ????? I THROW DOWN PHONE ..... that sucks !!!!!! Then I go to a private , and ..... the splinter there was ..... what to say. I hope that the nurse had problems, maybe at home, because if she was in herself, simply a rude ... and who hasn't saw the splinter, ...... I hope it was taken by the frenzy 'of the PS
The Ospedaleera Maggiore of Novara has a structure to be included in the history books of Architecture in particular for the columns paired in the courtyard immediately after entering the Corso Giuseppe Mazzini. The departments are well organized and the staff is very professional, obviously having some exceptions.
Staff prepared, friendly and helpful.

It depends on who you are in the turn, unfortunately. Apart from the staff, the triage is completely old-fashioned, very small, with relatives and patients all together. Shortage of wheelchairs (many routes), stretchers different from each other and to say the least crumbling and obsolete. And then the temporary hospitalization, (between those who must go home the next day, then tendentially not serious, and those who are hospitalized for serious traffic accident) nightmare, all together. Perhaps, after many years, it would be better to expand the triage and diversify, even with different rooms for patients and relatives, the gravity to which the code was entrusted. I have also found people available who are dedicated to their work. I will send my grievances to Dr. Avanzi hoping for a more modern, effective and human structure. Thank you.
Nursing staff who did not make a virtue out of the Hippocratic oath, but only for the salary at the end of the month ... shameful ... structure in constant evolution, too bad that it is only the structure and not the staff, which remains apathetic and without humanity ... not to mention the dirt ... switchboard that never accepts patient requests, because nobody ever answers ... abysmal waiting times, whether there is only one patient or 10 makes no difference, they wear you out. .. as far as I am concerned, the whole pediatric ward should be cleaned up, or more departments, and more serious people should be able to make this profession a virtue .. It is not just business ..
