For 3 days I have been trying to book a Uro-tac PRIVATELY in agreement with my insurance UNISALUTE this structure, they have been driving me crazy for 3 days, before the urologist's prescription is not good, so I had to go back to the urologist to have it written the prescription as HUMANITAS wished, then it is not a good idea how UNISALUTE makes the exam reservation as it does not correctly specify the type of exam.
I kindly ask you to contact them with UNISALUTE to define everything and they reply that it is my business and that it is I who must carry out the exam and that it is not their problem.
In the 3 phone calls that have been made by Humanitas I have practically never been able to speak, they start as a recorded disc without leaving space for the user to speak.
Telephone operators very very rude or unprofessional, too bad it was a hospital that was convenient for me as it is close to my workplace but I think I will no longer use their services in the future.
It takes more respect and less arrogance.
