Long waits and VERY deficient organization, staff unprepared to respond adequately to the user, appointments are NEVER respected, even picking up the reports is a problem. It is useless to take care of the garden like the Grand Hotel, when you leave out what you get paid for. the Lombardy region should revoke your mandate, and then you would laugh and see if you can walk with your legs. pity that the minimum of stars is only one, do not deserve even that.
