My assessment is for the service reserved to the telephone from the receptionist who with enough and empathy has liquidated me saying that my reports (which had to be ready on Saturday 14) do not know when they will be ready and I would have to physically pass every day at the building 2 of Humanitas di Rozzano to check that they are ready. I want to clarify that on Saturday 14, a representative of the withdrawal of the report took my phone number with the promise to call me on Monday 16 to update me on the timing of delivery, of course this did not happen. I asked for assistance by writing to the Facebook page but I was not given feedback. There are no other telephone numbers useful for contacting those who deal with reports. A paradoxical situation in 2018.
