Steve Betler and trainee Jed Schreppel (please excuse any spelling mistakes) came to my home on the afternoon of Monday December 4, 2017 at Arbor Ridge in response to my call to ISAAC that morning reporting water puddling on the floor behind the furnace. Steve diagnosed failure of the heat exchanger and explained that the replacement would be ordered as soon as possible. I received a call from ISAAC on Wednesday the 6th reporting that the replacement heat exchanger would be available for replacement that afternoon. Steve and Jed arrived at 1 PM as and completed the job as promised. I found that the personnel at ISAAC and the technicians Steve and Jed were most knowledgeable and courteous in explaining any questions I had and in making the repair as scheduled. Five stars to ISAAC Heating, Steve and Jed.

This will be the third time I have had Isaac Heating to my home. The first time was a couple years ago to fix my AC to which we have had 0 problems since...the second was to clean my AC this year and the tech also cleaned my furnace. Very professional. This time, I scheduled an Energy Audit which was done by Jeremy H. He was very knowledgeable to any questions we had and was very professional in the way he respected my home during the audit. Definitely would and have suggested Isaac to family and friends for their heating/ac needs.

Our technician was very nice and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He was also very cautious when around my toddler, making sure the baby gate was always secure at the top of the stairs when he had to go down to our basement, and with cleaning everything up. I m very grateful for the positive experience!

Issac replaced my entire heating/central air unit three years ago. This morning it was 2 degrees out & we had no heat.

I called for a service call & they told me they where booked for the next two days and we where out of luck.

The technician arrived when scheduled and completed the work efficiently. It took a bit longer then expects but unexpected issues cropped up which were addressed. Very satisfied.

Isaac was able to squeeze me in when no other company had openings until January. My technician, Ricardo, went above and beyond in all respects. And my heater was fixed quickly! I plan to do more business with Isaac and would highly recommend them!

I have depended on Issac HVAC for over 40 years. They have never let me down.

Monday morning, last week, I got a call from my elderly father, his 23 year old furnace stopped working during the night and he was freezing cold. I called his regular furnace man, however, he was booked solid due to the recent bad weather. I then called ISSAC, they were really good in my experiences with them, at my home in the past, and hoped they would have an opening for an emergency heat repair. To our relief, a service technician was able to be scheduled-in for that afternoon. When he arrived and after some testing, it was determined that due to the furnace's age and brand, the parts that needed to be replaced were not available anymore.
Though by then it was 3:30 in the afternoon, the ISAAC service tech assured me that he could still get a technical salesperson to come over and review the options they could provide. The salesperson arrived within an hour, inspected the existing heating and a/c system and did some calculations.
Long story short, the salesperson listened to what my father wanted and sold him a system that was appropriate for his house and his needs at a very fair price. The installers were courteous, friendly, neat and to my delight, very skilled.
I feel the people from ISAAC that came into my father's home, all greatly helped remove the stressfulness he was experiencing from the lack of comfort and the worry of cost due to unexpectedly losing heat on a January in Rochester.

Technician Anthony De Luca is super knowledgeable, polite, understood the special challenges of working in our home, and was fully accommodating to all. He's been here before, and even came prepared with ideas and materials to ensure everything was done to our comfort and ease throughout. He replaced the water heater control valve so cleverly and efficiently that work on gas - which can be concerning - was fully comfortable. He checked and double-checked all of the gas equipment for gas and CO and and had useful suggestions along the way. He is and works in a very clean and tidy fashion, and is clearly and sincerely committed to doing excellent work for the company and especially, customers.

We are very fortunate to have a company like Isaac who takes care of vital services.
We have been using the gold seal for almost thirteen years with no complaints.
Our service technician lately has been Tim Smith and we would like to keep him as long as we can.

John, was on time and very efficient, the heating problem was fixed very quickly.

Called to incorporate our AC in to the current annual maintenance/service agreement, service scheduler was very accomodating and tech came out same day and Shane did a great job inspecting our unit and making sure everything was functioning properly!

Excellent technician and very informative. Arrived promptly and discovered a live chipmunk in the heating unit. He took it back outside and replaced the broken wire and heating came back on.

My wife and I knew we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned with a baby on the way, so we searched for reputable companies that would provide quick estimates at a fair price. Isaac came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We were fortunate enough to work with Davonte M, who did a tremendous job on the air duct cleaning. Technician Fernando Molina was very thorough and went above and beyond.

We bought a new furnace from Isaac H&A last year. My husband and I had no intentions of buying a new furnace, ours worked fine. My parents live with us and thought we needed one. They purchased it....we thought they were crazy!! I cannot express how happy I am that they did. Our old furnace worked, but our new furnace from Isaac's is 100% better in every way. The heat is more evenly spread through the house, it remains at the temperature you set it at. It doesn't come one then off until it reaches the temperature you want, it runs until it reaches that temperature and then goes off. Also, it is so much more efficient than our last furnace. We have saved money and have been warmer keeping the furnace set at a lower temperature. I believe this is due to the fact that it heats the house evenly, whereas I explained our other furnace did not. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the furnace is. This year, because we've had it for a year, we were able to have Ricardo, an employee of Isaac's, come for free to check up on it. He went over it fully, checking every nook and crany and cleaning it. He was excellent. He did a great job and explained everything he did, not only that, he was very professional and personable at the same time. I have never been more satisfied with any big purchase for our house as I am with our Isaac furnace. Thank you Isaac"s for your product and service.

Thorough job on service call/inspection I had done...no complaints. However, they are on the expensive side when it comes to getting a new furnace installed. There are more economical installers that do just as good a job.

My initial appointment was for my annual maintenance on my HVAC. He showed up on time and began the diagnostics on the furnace. Fernando was very thorough and patient during the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and provided advice and recommendations as he performed the routine check-up. During the initial session, he identified several leaks and he applied a temporary fix and a subsequent appointment was created. Again, Fernando was dispatched and performed the permanent fixes to the identified leaks. Throughout both appointments he was positive, friendly and very helpful. His suggestions and explanations helped me validate the exposures/risk of not having routine maintenance performed on my newly installed generator and I signed the contractor.

ISAAC has provided me good products and support and Fernando has continued that excellent coverage.

Liam was right on time and was very helpful.. I would recommend him for any other service call. He explained the working of the thermostat and fixed the problem.

Repair of Cummins Generator - first appointment was cancelled due to poor weather, but Cody showed up the next day and quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. Isaac has always given us excellent service.

I am giving Terry a thumbs up!!! She did an excellent job telling what was wrong, and what i needed to do, and how much i needed to spend to have heat again. I did not need a new furnace, which i was told by universal heating. Which they wanted to be paid in advance, and install a new unit next week.. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. i paid over 3 hundred dollars, for a service that they could not fullfill. After replacing a inducer, and numerous visits back, still could not figure out why i im not getting any heat. Charged me for a cleaning previously, that they didnt even do...SCAMMERS, BEWARE PEOPLE. Derek came to my home to fix my furnace problem and he was very professional and helpful. He is very informed about my situation and found the problem with my new furnace and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He is definitely an asset to the company.

We called for a quote on routine maintenance and cleaning. We have 2 HVAC's and we made that perfectly clear. We were quoted a package deal of $199 for all. When they arrive they said it was going to be double that. We called customer service and they pulled the original phone call. The management agreed that we were mislead but amazingly still did NOT honor that estimate! Unbelievable. They admitted they were at fault but the best they could do was give us a lousy $40 off. Classic bait and switch. Consumer beware!

Service tech came out to give me a hand with a fuel oil furnace that was giving me trouble in Canandaigua. He started diving deep into the furnace to check every little detail to make sure I was where I needed to be. We found a couple problems, he solved those problems, and was all wrapped up in under two hours. The original service call was for a $199 cleaning, but when he discovered the extra issues above the cleaning, he didn't bury me in add on costs. An additional $100 bucks and I was a happy customer. Will call them again next year.

We had a new furnace and air installed , also the attic and basement insulated . everything was top notch . Steve was great with purchasing the equipment to financing , the installers Jeff and his assistant that installed the furnace and air and Nick and Evan that did the insulation. They made sure every question i had was answered and when they left you couldn't tell they had been there. Great Job

Extremely disappointed with Canandaigua office. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a chimney inspection and a Gas heater in my basement. Was suppose to be at my home between 1-4pm. Was told that it would take about 3 hours worth of work. Here I sit at 8:00pm and not so much as a call to reschedule. my husband took a 1/2 day off of work to accommodate their hours of availability. I called at about 4:45pm earlier this evening and was told they still were coming. NOTHING! No apology, no call.

Service and customer service has been outstanding! Excellent service from all Isaac employees. Everyone from the repair tech, the sales person, to the install team and Nick who did an energy audit. Great company.

Service tech Nate was curtious, knowledgeable about my furnace, professional and very effective. He fully explained the trouble I was having with my furnace clearly so I could understand the problem and answered all of my questions. Yes, I would recommend Dale to my friends or family.

I Thank Luis for all of his help. We had just got installed a new Rheem furnace with the EcoNet Thermostat. He really is a very good tech.

Great service, same day repair, on time and friendly! Had an additional service call later that night for something not their fault and they were back within the hour to trouble shoot and were her for hours til they fixed it.

I recently had a service technician come over for a routine tune-up and safety inspection. I'm taking this time to right a review to celebrate Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning as well as Joshua H, the technician who performed the inspection. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and broke things down for me in ways I could understand.

I also expressed my interest in joining the Isaac HVAC Bootcamp and he was very encouraging by highly recommending Isaac as a great place to work with many fantastic people. I don t want to put words in his mouth but he essentially said that Isaac is all about educating and helping the customer as well as doing reliable and consistent quality work. Josh even invited me to come watch his work where he also explained things in more detail and answered my many, many questions (between 20 and 30 of them).

Overall my experience with Isaac as a customer couldn t be higher and I highly recommend them to other people. Furthermore my interest has further peaked about the HVAC Bootcamp and I hope I get in and get to be a part of this great company. Thank you Josh and thank you Isaac.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Im talking about the Rochester office. When I made the appointment I let them know I was 30 mins away and needed them to call 35-45 mins before they were to come. It was documented and I was told that would work just fine!!! The day of the appointment they called when they were 10 mins away and when I told them I wouldn t make it they decided they weren t even going to show up. I called the company and the lady could only say I can t promise they can call !!! Then why was I told they would!??
Finally I was told someone will still show up in the window okay perfect!! It s the end of the time window and no one showed up!! Of course they have another excuse!!!

As usual, the annual maintenance of my heating system was done thoroughly and expertly.

Triple bagger today. Technician Vince as scheduled, provided annual Gold Seal service on our furnace, air conditioner and generator. I appreciated that he us that our 20 yr old air conditioner was showing signs of age and would eventually require replacement. Continued the tradition of excellent service provided by Isaac.
