Monday morning, last week, I got a call from my elderly father, his 23 year old furnace stopped working during the night and he was freezing cold. I called his regular furnace man, however, he was booked solid due to the recent bad weather. I then called ISSAC, they were really good in my experiences with them, at my home in the past, and hoped they would have an opening for an emergency heat repair. To our relief, a service technician was able to be scheduled-in for that afternoon. When he arrived and after some testing, it was determined that due to the furnace's age and brand, the parts that needed to be replaced were not available anymore.
Though by then it was 3:30 in the afternoon, the ISAAC service tech assured me that he could still get a technical salesperson to come over and review the options they could provide. The salesperson arrived within an hour, inspected the existing heating and a/c system and did some calculations.
Long story short, the salesperson listened to what my father wanted and sold him a system that was appropriate for his house and his needs at a very fair price. The installers were courteous, friendly, neat and to my delight, very skilled.
I feel the people from ISAAC that came into my father's home, all greatly helped remove the stressfulness he was experiencing from the lack of comfort and the worry of cost due to unexpectedly losing heat on a January in Rochester.
