Mike at Isaac's did a great job cleaning and tuning our furnace and A/C.

My water heater was found dead on Monday morning. By Wednesday afternoon THREE Isaac employees had been to my house - project manager twice, and install technician. I ve used Isaac s Gold Seal service for 20 years in this house, and 8 years in a previous house, plus had them install solar panels a few years ago. As a first-time home-buyer, and my first winter in said house, I wasn't sure where to start with furnace maintenance. I needed routine maintenance done, but the company that installed the furnace originally was more interested in selling me a new furnace instead of maintaining what I already have. Isaac Heating was recommended to me by some colleagues, so I decided to give them a try.

My technician, Dustin, was prompt, called ahead and was able to come early (which worked better for my schedule that day). He thoroughly inspected my furnace and explained everything he did and found. He went above and beyond my expectations, answering all my questions and even helping me make sure the heating vents were labeled correctly and open. I am confident in the work he did and am looking forward to working with him and Isaac Heating and Air in the future.

UPDATE! I just had a home energy audit done by Isaac (Lincoln was my technician). He was very knowledgeable and took the time go over everything he did and what he found to be sure I understood. He also took into account my lifestyle when he made recommendations for improvements I can do to make my house more efficient - it wasn't all about the bottom line, but instead how best to use the budget I have. I greatly appreciate his work and am looking forward to getting a new furnace and continuing to work with Isaac.

My Rheem furnace was working fine, it heated great. The only problem when it reached temperature it wouldn't come back on unless you turned the switch from on to off, and then back on again.Then heated great.Isaac came out charged me $288.31 and left me with now NO heat and said I needed a new furnace.I have a friend in the business whom at the time was on vacation and I called when he came home. He plugged in all the connections that Isaac pulled out, and I had heat again! He told me please don't ever call Isaac again, they always try to upsell. My friend blew the dust out of a small furnace hose and I no longer have the issue of the furnace not turning back on by itself! Read this and BEWARE!!

2019 Kyle from Issac made me a convenient appointment as a new customer for my new home. He tuned up the heater and humidity adjustment and did a lot of extras to make sure my furnace was up to par. I bought a service contract as the heater is old, but very serviceable. With winter coming on, I didn't want to take a chance. Thanks for great service!

July 2020 My "older" (way older) air conditioner gave up the ghost during a heat wave at the beginning of July. I called Issac's for help. There was no helping it, so unfortunately, I needed a new air unit and upgraded to a much more efficient furnace. It took several weeks to get all the ducks in line, especially since a lot of folks had air conditioners die at the same time. It went in on July 31. In between, I had 3 loud window units and 5 fans going all the time. Now that I have central air again, it is so blessed quiet.
The young men (at least to me) who arrived to install the unit were exceptional. They were polite, respectful, and helpful. They moved the air unit away from my bedroom window and down the wall enough so I don't hear it turn on. Their performance was well above my expectations.

The work person arrived when he said he would. He was dressed professionally and was courteous. He completed the job ( air conditioning check) in a timely manner. the price was the same as I was given earlier. He answered all my questions. He even moved his truck out of the way so I could run an emergency errand. I would hire Isaac again.

Ahead of schedule. Quick work. Was able to answer my questions about products. He also checked the battery life in my thermostat without me asking and turns out I only had about 2% left! All around awesome experience.

The Isaac team Rob L & Joe B. were punctual within 10 minutes of said time. If it wasn't for the obvious new units, we never would have known anything was installed. They never entered our house without the proper footwear, and when they left everything went with them. Probably one of the best courteous and professional team I've ever had. Bryan did a great thorough & complete job. He was very courteous & a clean worker. When an issue arose, he called his supervisor (Ken, I believe). He came out & physically helped with the issue & all was solved. We are so satisfied & happy we used Isaac service again. Our heating & cooling issues were solved with new duck work as specified by the estimator(I forgot his name). It is too early to say about the new humidifier, but we are sure things will be must better with our dry air issue as well. We are so warm & cozy now. Thank you.

I had a great experience using Isaac Heating and Air conditioning. The Tech was very polite and on time . My duct were cleaned and the Tech cleaned all debris that was caused from the process.

I called them to do a yearly maintenance on my boiler, they came out and all I could hear is loud banging down there for about 10 minutes, being the 1st time I ever had my boiler maintenance because I just bought the house, I had no idea what was going on, but the guy finished banging around and doing whatever it was that he was doing, came back upstairs and turned the heat back on, went downstairs and came back up saying that the boiler was now broken, however it had been functioning fine when he got there. I called multiple times trying to talk to a manager and got no response from one. Called another heating company to come and fix what this guy had clearly broken, and they confirmed, he bent back a part so that the flame would not hit it to ignite it, so that they could try and charge us a bunch of money for the repair vs just their measly cleaning fee, this is not the 1st time I have heard these types of things about this company. The new company I called sent someone right out, and he even tried to do his best to save me money so that I wasnt out too much after the guy clearly purposely broke my boiler, you would be surprised how many people and businesses this has happened to from this company, and its ridiculous that this well known company operates like this, and when a complaint comes in not once but 5xs, to be ignored by management lead me to believe that it is clearly the way they run their business, which is why I could not ever get a return phone call from a manager like they told me I would get.

Tyler from Isaac called before he came and was very nice. He listened to what we wanted and gave us an estimate. He then gave his opinion on what the most cost effective solution would be. After previously dealing with Heating companies that were rude and unpleasant I was very pleased and will continue working with Isaac.

Steve came to my home late on Friday to address a gas leak. He was wonderful, professional, and very confident in the work he was doing. He was easy to talk to and work with. Isaac's has a great reputation. This was my first experience and I couldn't agree more.

Terrible experience. Tech was supposed to contact me prior to starting the work with a cost estimate, failed to do so, sent a high bill, and their management wouldn t even acknowledge that this was wrong (which is all I wanted from them)

We have been Isaac customers for many years, and have had nothing but great experiences with their products and services. For this reason we chose them for a natural-gas-powered full house backup generator. The installers were professional and answered all our questions. They made sure everything worked perfectly and left everything clean and neat.

I ve always been happy with the service I receive from the technicians at Isaacs. They are friendly, professional and efficient. They answer any questions and make suggestions when needed.

The customer service was excellent when they were making the sale as well as the installation and the professionalism if entire staff. Hiwever, what we were extremely disappointed in was the RGE rebate. It has been over a year since the application was supposedly submitted by my our sales rep. I have been emailing and following up on my own time to find out why we have not received the rebate. Unfortunately the salesman is no longer working for the company and I now have to fill out another form. Very poor customer service on follow up, in my opinion.

Our furnace went out at 8:00 PM and we called Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a Technician at our house within an hour. The Tech had to order a circuit board overnight. He was back the next day and had us up and running by midafternoom. The heat felt good!

Yesterday (11/1/17) called Isaac to have someone come and check the humidifier on the furnace. They said technician would be here tomorrow between 8 AM and 12 PM. Jake (technician) called at 7:30 AM and stated he would here by 8 and got here and got everything taken care of by 9:30 AM. Thank you to Isaac and Jake for fast service.

Today (7/9/18), we had the pleasure of having Dustin F come to our house to do maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. You could hardly know that he was there as he did his job with little or no noise. He always made sure that he had his shoe booties on when he came out of the crawl space. He showed us a picture of all the natural debris that collects on the screen around the air conditioner pump and coil system. That was enlightening considering that we have it serviced regularly and just shows that the screening is doing it's job.

I really appreciate Jamie V coming by to check my furnace he was a very nice guy, he was able to explain the problem very clearly. Jamie were a wonderful person I was so happy to be able to use my furnace when I need to but Jamie let me know what to do to help me . I would be telling people about Isaac Heating and Air Condition.

My old furnace broke down at Thanksgiving, Issac heating stepped in and put in a new furnace at a great price. I am very pleased with the new one, every room in my house is evenly heated even the upstairs which was very cold last winter. Thank You Isaac Heating.

Terrible experience. Told me i needed something replaced on my furnace, but it was very strange because it was only after the guy called to see if it was under warranty and then he proposed it as "only labor costs" - got a second opinion and Reynolds heating told me there was nothing at all needing replacement and also found things the Isaac tech missed and he remedied for me. When i contacted Isaac, they were rude and would do nothing to help. The supervisor they sent to my home was aggressive and rude. They did a great job on my air conditioner, but the experience with the furnace has burned our relationship entirely. Avoid them at all costs if you want fair and quality service. Go with a smaller company like Reynolds who haven't gotten so big that they don't care about their customers.

Vincent was efficient and sensitive to social-distancing. His explanations on the service provided and the unit itself are perfect. He's a joy to have as a service person.

I had a good experience with Isaac Heating. While cleaning the furnace, Joe discovered a gas leak. Joe showed me where the leak, explained the options, time and cost. Thank you for finding and repairing the leak!

The tech who came was Fernando Molina. He is a very competent young man!!! While working on our AC he discovered very low water pressure from our water hose. He was able to find the problem in our basement. He then called his supervisor to ask permission to resolve the issue. He then went to work to solve the problem. He was thoughtful and very respectful. We HIGHLY recommend him for his skill and attitude!!!!!

Good work at a competitive price, and will fix anything that might go wrong with their work. Salesman/Project manager Rob was easy to work with. The installers Jamie, Jake, and Joe did good, clean work. Energy auditor, Nick Q, went above and beyond to help and fix an issue for me.

my furnace and thermostat stopped working and when i called the customer service person asked if i checked the battery in the thermostat, so i did and sure enough the batteries needed to be replaced. i changed the battery and the furnace came back on, saving me at least $89 for a service call. that is incredible customer service and i don't remember her name but hope she is appreciated by the isaac family. i just had to call again for my furnace not working and the customer service person suggested i check the intake pipe on the outside of the house to make sure it wasn't blocked by ice or snow before i had them come out to check the furnace, and sure enough when i cleared out the ice build up the furnace started working again. now their customer service group has saved me some money again and reinforce why we have used isaac heating for so many years.

Through the course of updating my home and water heating appliances, I have had several visits from Isaac technicians. They are consistently accommodating, punctual, professional, polite, and thorough in their explanations of what they're doing and why. They are also extremely tidy and leave their workspace as clean as they found it, or cleaner. I chose not to purchase a home warranty because there's no guarantee that Isaac will do any necessary repairs. That's how much I value Isaac's services!

One of their techs came out to my Mothers home (72 years old) and told her she needed a new heater. She asked a family friend about this and asked if he knew anyone. This licensed contractor came out and said Isaac was correct in the diagnosis of the problem but the unit was in good condition and he was sure he could get the part. HE did was very professional and installed the part she needed and my Mom is ready for Rochester's winter.

The service tech was friendly, respectful of our home, knowledgeable and he explained the issues clearly.
