Extremely disappointed with Canandaigua office. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a chimney inspection and a Gas heater in my basement. Was suppose to be at my home between 1-4pm. Was told that it would take about 3 hours worth of work. Here I sit at 8:00pm and not so much as a call to reschedule. my husband took a 1/2 day off of work to accommodate their hours of availability. I called at about 4:45pm earlier this evening and was told they still were coming. NOTHING! No apology, no call.
