Steve Betler and trainee Jed Schreppel (please excuse any spelling mistakes) came to my home on the afternoon of Monday December 4, 2017 at Arbor Ridge in response to my call to ISAAC that morning reporting water puddling on the floor behind the furnace. Steve diagnosed failure of the heat exchanger and explained that the replacement would be ordered as soon as possible. I received a call from ISAAC on Wednesday the 6th reporting that the replacement heat exchanger would be available for replacement that afternoon. Steve and Jed arrived at 1 PM as and completed the job as promised. I found that the personnel at ISAAC and the technicians Steve and Jed were most knowledgeable and courteous in explaining any questions I had and in making the repair as scheduled. Five stars to ISAAC Heating, Steve and Jed.
