I have asked for a copy of our contract for 8 months. It has not come yet. Service personel do not show up when they promise. You cannot reach Cox Street by phone so you cannot talk directly with Cox, only the Florida HQ. We were to have termite bait traps reset after landscaping. Yesterday's Terminix man was there only to spray for bugs. Today the Terminix man who was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12, was only there to inspected for termites, he would not reinstall the traps that were removed for landscaping. WORST service group, including phone and auto repair, I have ever dealt with and I am 66 years old. Avoid them at all costs. They may be less expensive but......there is no service either.

Since moving into our home almost 3 years ago we have had a nasty problem with red wasp nesting in our soffit all around our house. This year as spring approached and the weather warmed up I saw that they were very active in high traffic areas all around our home. Being totally fed up with swatting, running and using wasp spray we finally decided to call the professionals. Our technician was friendly and informative which helped a lot. It's only been a couple of days but I can already see the difference and I am so glad. I would highly recommend using Terminix for your pest needs and my family and I will be using them again.

I was having issues with flies in my kitchen in Nov 2018. I called your guy. He came n sprayed in my kitchen n asked me to wait for a couple of weeks before I could see good results. I waited. I saw some improvement but then the flies always came back. I called for additional services. Your guy came twice n sprayed again. It still didn't help. I still had flies in my kitchen. So I called n cancelled the service n paid for the one service I got. Then I receive this email from you on 20th that your service is complete. I called your call center to complain. Also, I checked with my husband. He forgot that I had cancelled the service n let the guy in n let him spray. I received a voicemail from your complaint center today morning I have to pay for the service I had already cancelled. I understand that my husband let the guy in. But this is your company forcing a service on a person who isn't aware n charging us money. Tell me why should I recommend you to anyone?????

I called Terminex last week to get my house sprayed for water bugs and spiders and get it inspected for termites and they were supposed to come today between 8 and 10am and never showed up. The termite guy came on time and was waiting on the Terminex guy John and he hadn't answered his phone and I called customer service area 11:30 and they tried to call the Terminex guy and he still didn't pick up so overall I didn't get my house sprayed or inspected for termites.

This is my 2nd time having to use this type of service and called Terminix. On both occasions, the customer service has been above and beyond. The guys that were sent to my house were courteous, informative, thorough, and professional. I know the steps you guys take, work. A couple of years ago, I called for a spider problem, while living in another location. I had no further issues with spiders at my last location, which is what prompted me to call on you again. This time here, is for roaches & ants. Your prices are also competitive and was a value against others for services received. I will continue to use your services in the future. Thank you for helping me solve my pest problems.

The exterminator service I received from Terminix was professional from my first inquiry call to the actual service technician. I highly recommend this company. Markese Pullen did an extremely good job when he came out to the house.

Our Tech Tripp is very professional and knowledgeable on how to resolve our problem and has excellent people skills. We were having a major ant problem and had tried everything we could to get rid of them. We contacted Terminix and Tripp came out timely and did a through spray inside, under and around our home. He explained the process, answered my questions and said it may take several sprays to destroy the ant nests. After each spraying appointment we notice a great deduction in the ants and our home is now ant free. Thanks Tripp for a job very well done!

Give Terminix a honest try! I have been a customer of Terminix for several years. I can honestly say that it has not always been a great relationship but they do work hard to improve the service they provide. The key is to let them know when problems arise at your home. I gladly and proudly recommend Terminix if you need to get rid of control the pests in your home including your attic, basement, crawlspace, rooftop, & under the attached deck!

If I have any questions about the service, he is always very helpful, and is always willing to explain what and why he is doing the things he is doing.

I want to tell someone how pleased I was with Mr. John Payne yesterday! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service possible. He arrived within the time frame given, put covers on his shoes so as to not track dirt in my house, and notified me of an area I need to cover around a pipe that could be a possible entry point for pests. He also asked about the areas outside where my dog went to the bathroom to make sure he didn't treat that area with one of the products he was laying down. He educated me about cave crickets in my shed and treated them for me too. I have always had excellent customer service from Terminix since I first signed up about 6 months ago! I have had to call several times to have y'all come out to spray additional times and there has never been any hassle about doing so. Again, I greatly appreciated Mr. John Payne's service and will continue to be a Terminix customer as well as a recomme nder!

Do not let Terminix encapsulate your crawl space. Services not rendered. Fraud. We put $2,139.34 as a down payment on Feb 19, 2019 and have been charged $90 each month ever since for an encapsulated crawl space. 5 months later (as of this review) and our crawl space still hasn't been encapsulated. At this point we don't wan't Terminix to complete the work. We want all money refunded and the contract terminated.

With our initial consultation, the Terminix technicians told us what we needed to do on our end to correct and possibly prevent the pest problems from occurring. We followed their suggestions and along with the treatments that have been provided by the technicians, we have not had any pest or rodent problem to date. So the information, treatment, price and the ability to be able to call and schedule a technician to come out to our home between treatment periods is why I giving this score

They offered termite treatment and warranty for $1200, paid $100/month for 12 months. The guy who came out to my house handed me a credit card terminal to sign, showing a $1200 charge. I handed it back to him and reminded him that it should be for $100. He did something to the terminal and handed it back to me, no longer showing the $1200 charge, and I signed it. A week later I noticed a $1200 charge from Terminix on my Amex bill. That was about a month ago and I've been going around in circles with 800 TERMINIX as well as the local branch, etc. I asked them to cancel the service and they emailed a cancellation confirmation but didn't refund any money. I've spent several hours on the phone with them and no one I've spoken with has admitted having the authority to refund the bogus $1200 charge. Also they didn't deliver a written copy of the contract/warranty as they promised. I'm filing a chargeback with Amex and expressing my discontent here.

Though I was originally quoted $75 for the initial visit and subsequently charged $129, the service was prompt and our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe we needed a bit more than was expected. Mr. Markeese Pullen was excellent and did a phenomenal job educating our team and providing instructions on how our follow up visits and future services would work. Thanks!

They can take your money but not willing to spend theirs!

Signed up for pest control , scheduled appointment and time range, guy doesn't show up nor call during the time slot, calls 2 & a half hours later to say he's on his way , no apologies, no seeming realization of what customer service is. told him not to come as in the interim I called and cancelled the contract.

David Hasbrouck did a great job. My only criticism is that I would have appreciated receiving the dispatch email earlier than one minute before he arrived. The appointment was between 8:00 - 10:00 am, so it would have been good to receive it closer to 8:00 am.
