I am giving Terry a thumbs up!!! She did an excellent job telling what was wrong, and what i needed to do, and how much i needed to spend to have heat again. I did not need a new furnace, which i was told by universal heating. Which they wanted to be paid in advance, and install a new unit next week.. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. i paid over 3 hundred dollars, for a service that they could not fullfill. After replacing a inducer, and numerous visits back, still could not figure out why i im not getting any heat. Charged me for a cleaning previously, that they didnt even do...SCAMMERS, BEWARE PEOPLE. USE YOUR BETTER JUDGEMENT, OBTAIN A SECOND OPINION, IF THINGS SEEM SHADY.. THANKU TERRY, AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING. A HONEST WOMEN MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME ISAAC HEATING AND COOLING IS #1 IN MY BOOK. I WILL BE CALLING REQUESTING TERRY SOON. FOR SERVICES THAT ARE STILL NEEDED..AND YES I HAD A LOT TO SAY, THANKU
