We called for a quote on routine maintenance and cleaning. We have 2 HVAC's and we made that perfectly clear. We were quoted a package deal of $199 for all. When they arrive they said it was going to be double that. We called customer service and they pulled the original phone call. The management agreed that we were mislead but amazingly still did NOT honor that estimate! Unbelievable. They admitted they were at fault but the best they could do was give us a lousy $40 off. Classic bait and switch. Consumer beware!
