Service tech came out to give me a hand with a fuel oil furnace that was giving me trouble in Canandaigua. He started diving deep into the furnace to check every little detail to make sure I was where I needed to be. We found a couple problems, he solved those problems, and was all wrapped up in under two hours. The original service call was for a $199 cleaning, but when he discovered the extra issues above the cleaning, he didn't bury me in add on costs. An additional $100 bucks and I was a happy customer. Will call them again next year.
