Mike and Jonah came to our home. Very professional and excellent customer service which is very hard to find these days. They answered all of our questions, were honest and quick!

Josh is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.

The workmen were very courteous and friendly. We are older residents and our house is almost 80 years old. Many things need repair and we have always had good luck with Issac. Now that they also do plumbing and electrical, we do not need to call other companies to fix our problems. You can trust them!

I called Isaac in Dec 2014 to rep-lace my furnace which had died. They installed a new furnace quickly and efficiently. the rep I worked with as knowledgeable and located a grant program that would help with the cost of the furnace (I am a single parent on a limited income) That is where the positives end. I had to submit paperwork verifying my income for the grant and for a low interest loan. A few weeks later the rep called me to ask if I would resubmit several documents as Isaac couldn't locate them... so I submitted them again. Heard nothing for several months then got another call saying they needed the SAME documents AGAIN. Submitted them for the 3rd time. 6 months pass and I get a email form the grant company requesting these SAME documents because they had never been forwarded to them from Isaac. Another 6 or so months pass and I finally receive .. a bill from them for the full amount owed. I contact the grant company and am informed they have not heard from Isaac. I resubmit ALL the documents to the grant company and get my approval letter (which was also emailed to several different people at Isaac) and hear nothing for 7 months... only to be served with court papers!!! I call the attorney and explain the situation ... send her the letter of approval and give her the name and number of the grant rep. She is willing to work this out with me but tells me I am responsible for her fees!! Isaac did not follow through on their end not once but several times. I was never sent a payment book for the agreed upon payments, Never given an account number to make payments, never told anything, I am now in the mist of a huge mess trying to straighten out their mistakes. If you have the money to pay them yourself then fine use them... but if you are not financially well to do and would need loans or grants to replace your furnace ... go somewhere

Love prompt service and get right to it attitude. Also when there was other issue with furnace ducting/vents he let us know right away and showed us. Very prompt with options and pricing to fix right there and then. Love that we didn't have to make separate apt to fix. Greatly appreciative of service.

Bud and Jake from Isaac did a fantastic job of installing our new air conditioner. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the project and explained their progress as they went along, particularly if I had a question. The end product was very neat and so was the work area. It was completely unlike the installation they removed and it shows their attention to detail. That why we're glad we always call them when we need work done.

The same part has broken on the furnace placed by Issac. This year it took them 2 days to even make a service call to tell us they think it is the transformer. Part supposedly ordered and expedited but no communication from Issac on updates. Part finally came in two days later for Issac to say they can t send a service person over until the following day. Seems like a company that doesn t care about their customers. Will be switching ASAP to another company.

Great experience. Our AC went out and Betlam couldn't get to our house for over a week. I called Isaac and they came out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. The technician, Patrick, was great! We will no longer use Betlam and plan on switching to Isaac

It was a great pleasure having Anthony De Luca service my boiler today. I couldn't have asked for any better service and professionalism from a provider. He was friendly, polite, VERY thorough and took the time to answer my many questions throughout his time here. I felt extremely confident in the work Anthony performed on my boiler when he left. Would like to be able to recommend him next time I have any issues.

I have extremely high praise for Isaac and it's employees. I have a medical condition (M.S.) that can be severely aggravated by heat. On a Monday afternoon, I called Isaac and explained my unique needs. Of course, it was during their peak A/C season as well as late in the day. They went above and beyond to work with us, each step of the way. Every single person I dealt with was not only compassionate, but was familiar with my medical condition and needs, and wanted to make me the most comfortable as soon as possible. Tech Jon Presutti arrived at 7:45 PM (with no after hours fees attached!) and contacted his project manager, who called us at 8 at night to get the ball rolling. That project manager, Jon D'Angelo, immediately squeezed us in to his schedule the following morn. Jon D. was friendly, helpful and considerate. Not only did he help us find a plan that we could afford, he also helped us apply for a low-income grant wherein we ended up also purchasing a new high energy-efficient furnance for only $1000 more than the cost of the AC unit. Isaac's prices are competitive, but where they have the true edge, is in their excellent customer service. Every team member was very concerned about my medical needs and comfort. Our unit died on a Mon, we met with Jon D. on Tues, and thanks to his perserverance, we were scheduled for install within 24hrs. Jon D. is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and all avenues are explored. He was able to create a better install plan than currently existed (moving the new unit out of eye and ear shot) without increasing our bottom line. I never felt rushed, even though he was squeezing me in. He also made himself availble at all times of the day if I needed further assistance.
The entire install team, led by Jeremy R., was considerate and efficient, leaving our home picked up and clear of any debris. I had just arrived home when they were ready to start, and a member of the team, seeing that I used assistive devices to walk, made sure to help me inside and that they were not "in my way" at any time.
This was our second experience with Isaac and I highly recommend their services. In my opinion, you get the "feel" of a small, family run business, with all the perks and advantages of working with an established, larger company.
I am almost saddened that I have no further HVAC install needs, for working with project manager Jon D'Angelo was a pleasure!

I have had two recent experiences with Isaac and I am very pleased. I had an annual cleaning of my furnace last week with Evan. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Luckily, he let me know all the household tasks that Isaac performs. As, about a week later, I had an issue with my water heater. I called Isaac and Ben was at my house within 4 hours! He is a great representative for Isaac. He was friendly, very knowledgeable but most importantly honest! My two recent experiences with Isaac have been very positive ones. I look forward to future help from an honest and reliable company.

I call and no one could help me my mom is 81year old her furnished broke and she can't afford to fix it and couldn't continue paying for the gold seal she had on her furnace because she on fixed income i think it's wrong that they don't finance or offer financial aid to elderly or try to help their customers out especially with the prices that they charge it's been 3 month my mom has no heat I don't know what to do

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Had to escalate and speak with Ray who is someone I would not recommend any customer speak with. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Very arrogant and puts himself on a pedestal. They installed the WRONG unit, despite my contract stating otherwise, they refused to resolve my situation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. AWFUL COMPANY.

The service tech was prompt, friendly, left my condo clean, and answered all of my questions. I have used Isaac many times in the past and have always been extremely satisfied.

Had a wonderful experience with Isaac Heating and Cooling tonight. I called in the early afternoon and they were able to schedule someone to come between 6pm and 9pm.

Luis came right at 6:15pm. He was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything to us regarding our furnace/AC unit. I originally called for a problem we were having but he also did furnace maintenance as well! I highly recommended Isaac Heating and Cooling, and want to thank Luis again for his time tonight.

Technician arrived on time and quickly troubleshot and repaired the failure with the furnace.

Isaac replaced my 15 yr old AC with a new Rheem AC unit. They took about 5 hours and did a fantastic job. Used drop cloths in the house so everything was clean. Removed all the old junk. They even installed a new thermostat for me at no charge. I have nothing bad to say.

The service technician, David, was very knowledgeable about both the furnace and air conditioning. Very polite and tidy. Thank you, David.

Our service tech accurately diagnosed the problem with our system and returned on his day off to complete the repairs as promised. He was very professional, was very clear and detailed in his explanation of repairs and costs. Despite a wait for parts, the system was repaired with most costs covered by warranty or service contract. Very satisfied with service and our tech.

...My mom's furnace went out late in the day (she's 87 yrs old) - she was worried about what to do - storm coming soon - we called Isaac - they reassured her they would be there the same day/night and take care of her. needs > they sent tech Stephen Betler. He was awesome - he took the time to go over everything he was going to do before, during and after his service call - He stayed several hours working on the problem - he fixed it completely. then reviewed our options and offered a service maintenance agreement - to ensure if anything in the future may occur - my mom doesn't ever have to worry - she'll get immediate service at a all-inclusive rate. we realized the benefits of this program on the spot > that is a priceless piece of mind for her...and for me - thank you Isaac !

I had a new furnace and AC system installed in May 2017 and it was a great experience from the start. Steve Bibbens was a class act and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had several other Isaac reps come out before I met Steve and none of them were able to sell me on what I should do to solve some of the issues I was having. I met Steve through a free home energy audit and it was some of the best spent time in my new house. He presented some options that made sense to me and he became my point of contact throughout the whole project. I can't recommend Steve enough. Isaac should make sure they keep this guy around!

Brandon did an excellent job today of getting our furnace up and running and explaining his work and the service agreement to me. Then he responded immediately to my email when I couldn't find the receipts he had emailed me right after he finished.

We have had Isaac servicing our heating and cooling unit for many years. We are always impressed with the excellent service. Recently we decided to have a gas insert installed in our fireplace. My husband is usually able to fix everything in our home. Our oil furnace was the first thing to stump him. After years of temporary celebrations and constant fails on our furnace we finally decided it was time to pay someone to come out. He called many companies. Oil seems to be the most difficult to find someone willing to work on. Isaac was the one company that sounded confident they could resolve our issues. Today we had our second visit from them. I can't explain how happy I have been with the technicians that have come to our home. Our furnace is finally running as it should be. They were thorough, friendly, and efficient. My experience with Dale was excellent! He fixed the problem with my water heater, then checked for gas leaks, water pressure, etc. He did a fantastic job!

Dan was very punctual and polite. Reminded me to check the batteries in the thermostat (replaced them while he was there) and check the furnace air filter once a month as needed. Advised that I might consider replacing the furnace as it is quite old and not very efficient, but did say everything looked OK.

Had my furnace, AC unit, and tankless hot water heater serviced today under my gold star agreement. My technician, Chris, was very detailed in his work and I will request him next year for my annual service. Had a great experience with Isaac's today.

Today Ferando Molina came to perform an over due furnace check. What an gem, so polite, informative and went overboard with his duties, even vacuuming up the cob webs in the basement rafters. He was a real pleasure to deal with and a true asset to Isaac Heating.

Mike came at 9:30 PM after working a full day because I had no air. He was polite, considerate and efficient. He found my unit frozen completely and apologized for not being able to fix immediately. Gave me my options and discussed briefly with me. Someone scheduled to see me.

The service tech was prompt courteous and I believe did a good job. I do think the pricing is high. I called Isaac because they had installed my furnace and A/C in the past. I paid $119 for the cleaning and check up. I had a competitor offer to do the same for free just one week prior. I declined and stayed with Isaac. Also, the Isaac tech found a very small gas leak. He quoted me $150 to do a repair that involved backing off one union and one 8" pipe and resealing them. I think that's wrong. I was loyal and I don't think they treated me as such.

Kyle did an awesome job. It was 9:30 pm when I called and I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail, but they answered and Kyle was at my house in less than 30 min. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and made sure he ran numerous test to ensure it wasn't just a "quick fix". I would highly recommend Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning. Ask for Kyle. Also sign up for the gold seal. Saved me $300 in one visit!!!

Everyone I had contact with was very courteous and professional. They come in, covered the floor and stairs, went to work and stayed at it until the job was done. Anytime I ask a question, they answered. You have a great bunch of people working for you.

I will only use ISAAC for future HVAC and Plumbing work to be done to my house. Their technicians are experienced, courteous and will spend time to explain and advise their customers.

My home has a somewhat complicated (at least to me) closed loop radiant heated floor system. ISAAC techs Mike and Rob were able to quickly assist with and maintain my system in a timely and fairly priced fashion.

I will steer clear of other local companies offering the same type of services in the future because I know ISAAC will get the job done quickly, with confidence, and at a fair price.

Sam was professional- asking essential questions after summarizing the specific services to be provided. He communicated clearly and reviewed specific tasks accomplished, assuring me everything was in good working order. He concluded by asking if I had anything I wanted to say. I was certainly impressed with his conduct and appreciated his thoughtfulness.

I have their Gold Star maintenance plan on my boiler/furnace and pay each month. Scheduling an annual checkup is easy. When there has been a breakdown, I get fast and effective service, all covered, including parts.

Excellent rep, on time, performed thorough inspection. Completely satisfied.

Isaac is an amazing company. We have our Heat, AC, and Water Heater with Isaac. The service is outstanding. Appointments are easy to make online or on the phone. The technicians always call ahead and are accurate in their time frames. The technicians are polite and efficient. We definitely recommend Isaac for all of your residential needs.

Ron was great made the call after hours on our service plan and was able to quickly remedy a heat venting issue which could have become a dangerous situation for us.

Joshua Hutton was prompt and courteous at the time of my latest annual furnace servicing. He gave detailed recommendations and a substantive assessment of my unit's current condition. It was refreshing to see a service specialist dressed appropriately and cleanly (I wasn't actually at my home at the time, but it was reported to me by someone who was). I would (and already have) recommended Issac to my family and friends.

I had an energy audit with Mike Billone today. He was extremely professional reviewing my house and making recommendation to improve the energy retainsion of the house. I gained much information. He also reviewed the previous work of Isaac technicians, of course finding no faults. He assessed the efficiency of the heating unit and checked all gas connections and all other tests as needed. Beyond this Mike is very personable and I enjoyed his company. The entire Isaac team from service and advice, to project management, to installation, to review and audit, have been a wonderful experience. I have no complaints and much praise for all the people involved in the removal of my oil heating system and the installation of my gas heating and central air. Isaac heating insulated my finished upstairs back in 2014. Only recently did I find mold growing in one of the storage units. I hesitated to even call Isaac because they did the work so long ago but figured I might as well try. I reached out and got an immediate response from Nick who then forwarded the request to Dom and then Chad. They came the next day to look at the mold and agreed to better ventilate the storage rooms as well as clean all the mold, at no charge! They came the next day and spent the whole day doing the project. I could not be happier with the service and courtesy displayed by all of the Isaac workers. I am even more impressed how they stood behind their work and fixed the issue even though it had been almost 3 years since the initial insulating was done. You have a lifetime customer in me and I will always advocate Isaac to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

We were having trouble with our propane furnace and someone told us that it "might" be the thermostat. Well I'd rather know for sure and not experiment so I called Issac and your technician came to our house a little after 2:00pm. His name is Todd Stugert (sp) and I was impressed on how well he went through everything on the furnace and explained what he was doing. He suggested a cleaning and I signed up for the Gold Seal program which was a great part on how well he did his job. He never rushed and he had other calls to make but was very through.
He did find that it was certainly the thermostat and I had purchased a Honeywell locally, just in case which he did install.
I was not aware of the life of a propane furnace so when I'm ready I will have Issac install a new one. Mine was installed in 1997.

I called Isaac for a new furnace estimate and a rep by the name of Ben came to my home over a week ago. He looked at my existing furnace and he chatted about the different furnaces available that are eligible for RGE rebate. Stated he would "work" on the estimate. He never left me any information on the furnace options, only gave me a business card. He was to email me an estimate and he has not done this. He came out on 7/1/19. When he was talking about finance options he said the price of a high efficiency furnace would be 6300. The price of the furnace was jacked up to accommodate for the rebates. in my opinion this is a shady way to do business. I do not recommend this company.

Not very happy. I had a tech come for a non-working furnace fan. I was told there would be a $45 fee to look into the problem (friends and family rate) but I wasn't told there would be other diagnostic fees if it required more in depth diagnostics. I was very specific that I needed to authorize anything and everything before the tech did anything, especially anything that would incur additional charges. The tech went ahead without my consent and performed additional diagnostics which added fees anyway, and I didn't even known until I asked the total. I called Isaac who made it seem like I should have somehow known that they would add fees even though I was never told up front. It's hard enough to trust repair persons, but when they do things like this you just feel violated in your own home. Worst of all, I provided a credit card for payment and they never charged it, and sent me a bill 8 MONTHS later, and now I don't know whether or not maybe I paid them in cash or by check because it's so long I can't remember!!!

always excellent service, I know that I can count on Isaac's and especially Keith Shaw to keep my system running perfectly. My gold seal contract is like an added insurance policy.

Jimmy was polite, efficient and worked non-stop. He also answered all questions fully. Obviously well trained like all the other Isaac technicians who have worked for us. Work completed.

I was contacted by Issac for an inspection and tune-up which was included in our gold service contract, although it expired in December. Yet they still came out at no charge to perform the service. That is to me a reputable company. The process was top notch. From the office communication to the completed service call was excellent. Dan our service tech was professional, pleasant and courteous. As a former Service manager training techs in field service Dan was spot on. I will continue to use Issac because they understand how to treat a customer.

We purchased Gold seal at the time of installation of waterless tank as well as the whole furnace unit thinking that all the parts will be covered under the warranty .
But to our shock we are still paying separately for the parts which fails still under warranty. The waterless tank unit part failed (under warranty ) 4 days back , in between 5 Issac representatives called to update the shipping on the part but never once said anything about $400 price attached to the part ( under warranty)which is to be replaced . Got to know the price tag the day the technician is coming.

They were on time as scheduled. The service technition looked and spoke very professionally. The service was very thorough and all my laymen questions were answered respecfully.

Ricardo Stewart found a major problem that had been ignored for thirteen years by the previous HVAC company, and made special arrangements to have it corrected immediately.

Ricardo is intelligent and knowledgeable about his work, professional, careful, polite, quiet, and personable. He will be my "requested" technician for my furnace and AC.

The service person was delightful and answered all my questions and explained what he was checking and the results.
