My water heater was found dead on Monday morning. By Wednesday afternoon THREE Isaac employees had been to my house - project manager twice, and install technician. Had an issue with the water heater. I emailed them Thursday morning, and it was resolved before lunch. ABOVE AND BEYOND! GREATLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER!
