The customer service was excellent when they were making the sale as well as the installation and the professionalism if entire staff. Hiwever, what we were extremely disappointed in was the RGE rebate. It has been over a year since the application was supposedly submitted by my our sales rep. I have been emailing and following up on my own time to find out why we have not received the rebate. Unfortunately the salesman is no longer working for the company and I now have to fill out another form. Very poor customer service on follow up, in my opinion.
