my furnace and thermostat stopped working and when i called the customer service person asked if i checked the battery in the thermostat, so i did and sure enough the batteries needed to be replaced. i changed the battery and the furnace came back on, saving me at least $89 for a service call. that is incredible customer service and i don't remember her name but hope she is appreciated by the isaac family. i just had to call again for my furnace not working and the customer service person suggested i check the intake pipe on the outside of the house to make sure it wasn't blocked by ice or snow before i had them come out to check the furnace, and sure enough when i cleared out the ice build up the furnace started working again. now their customer service group has saved me some money again and reinforce why we have used isaac heating for so many years.
