Bryan did a great thorough & complete job. He was very courteous & a clean worker. When an issue arose, he called his supervisor (Ken, I believe). He came out & physically helped with the issue & all was solved. We are so satisfied & happy we used Isaac service again. Our heating & cooling issues were solved with new duck work as specified by the estimator(I forgot his name). It is too early to say about the new humidifier, but we are sure things will be must better with our dry air issue as well. We are so warm & cozy now. Thank you.
