2019 Kyle from Issac made me a convenient appointment as a new customer for my new home. He tuned up the heater and humidity adjustment and did a lot of extras to make sure my furnace was up to par. I bought a service contract as the heater is old, but very serviceable. With winter coming on, I didn't want to take a chance. Thanks for great service!

July 2020 My "older" (way older) air conditioner gave up the ghost during a heat wave at the beginning of July. I called Issac's for help. There was no helping it, so unfortunately, I needed a new air unit and upgraded to a much more efficient furnace. It took several weeks to get all the ducks in line, especially since a lot of folks had air conditioners die at the same time. It went in on July 31. In between, I had 3 loud window units and 5 fans going all the time. Now that I have central air again, it is so blessed quiet.
The young men (at least to me) who arrived to install the unit were exceptional. They were polite, respectful, and helpful. They moved the air unit away from my bedroom window and down the wall enough so I don't hear it turn on. Their performance was well above my expectations.
