Terrible experience. Told me i needed something replaced on my furnace, but it was very strange because it was only after the guy called to see if it was under warranty and then he proposed it as "only labor costs" - got a second opinion and Reynolds heating told me there was nothing at all needing replacement and also found things the Isaac tech missed and he remedied for me. When i contacted Isaac, they were rude and would do nothing to help. The supervisor they sent to my home was aggressive and rude. They did a great job on my air conditioner, but the experience with the furnace has burned our relationship entirely. Avoid them at all costs if you want fair and quality service. Go with a smaller company like Reynolds who haven't gotten so big that they don't care about their customers.
