I called them to do a yearly maintenance on my boi...

I called them to do a yearly maintenance on my boiler, they came out and all I could hear is loud banging down there for about 10 minutes, being the 1st time I ever had my boiler maintenance because I just bought the house, I had no idea what was going on, but the guy finished banging around and doing whatever it was that he was doing, came back upstairs and turned the heat back on, went downstairs and came back up saying that the boiler was now broken, however it had been functioning fine when he got there. I called multiple times trying to talk to a manager and got no response from one. Called another heating company to come and fix what this guy had clearly broken, and they confirmed, he bent back a part so that the flame would not hit it to ignite it, so that they could try and charge us a bunch of money for the repair vs just their measly cleaning fee, this is not the 1st time I have heard these types of things about this company. The new company I called sent someone right out, and he even tried to do his best to save me money so that I wasnt out too much after the guy clearly purposely broke my boiler, you would be surprised how many people and businesses this has happened to from this company, and its ridiculous that this well known company operates like this, and when a complaint comes in not once but 5xs, to be ignored by management lead me to believe that it is clearly the way they run their business, which is why I could not ever get a return phone call from a manager like they told me I would get.
