As a first-time home-buyer, and my first winter in said house, I wasn't sure where to start with furnace maintenance. I needed routine maintenance done, but the company that installed the furnace originally was more interested in selling me a new furnace instead of maintaining what I already have. Isaac Heating was recommended to me by some colleagues, so I decided to give them a try.

My technician, Dustin, was prompt, called ahead and was able to come early (which worked better for my schedule that day). He thoroughly inspected my furnace and explained everything he did and found. He went above and beyond my expectations, answering all my questions and even helping me make sure the heating vents were labeled correctly and open. I am confident in the work he did and am looking forward to working with him and Isaac Heating and Air in the future.

UPDATE! I just had a home energy audit done by Isaac (Lincoln was my technician). He was very knowledgeable and took the time go over everything he did and what he found to be sure I understood. He also took into account my lifestyle when he made recommendations for improvements I can do to make my house more efficient - it wasn't all about the bottom line, but instead how best to use the budget I have. I greatly appreciate his work and am looking forward to getting a new furnace and continuing to work with Isaac.
