If you like waiting 3 hours for a routine oil change (after having arranged an appointment days in advance), then this is the place for you!
Instead, if you value your time and sanity, go literally anywhere else. I know I won t make the same mistake again.

While I was certainly annoyed by my experience mentioned above, I've since been back for a recall and the team went above and beyond to assist.
I have to give credit where credit is due - the service provided this time dramatically changed my perspective. While it can't negate the last experience , it certainly justifies bumping up my rating.

I have owned two BMW vehicles and this dealership's customer service is subpar. I had my 2016 BMW 435 x drive convertible serviced (okay but not a great experience-no loaner offered and $3000+ for the service etc) and more recently ordered a new key fob as my spare was lost.
The key fob was $472. The price is stunning by itself but after I wasn't called as promised when it arrived I finally figured it had to be in (two weeks later and it was expected in 2-3 days) I went to pick it up this afternoon. I was handed the key only...Irvine BMW didn't even put an Irvine BMW logo key chain on the key which I found stunning considering the key profit margin is insane.....and I left.
I tried the key when I arrived home and it did not work. When I called they said it had to be initialized and they told me how to do it but honestly...wouldn't you expect to be told that at hand off?
Let me contrast my partner's experience when he had our older Acura MDX serviced at Mission Acura. He was given a brand new MDX as a loaner, they did the service and communicated well throughout the process. They installed his license plates and provided a license plate holder (Mission Acura logo etc) and when he received the car back it looked so clean it was almost as if they detailed it.
I will be checking out another BMW dealership for my next service...

Their salesman and his assistants were very helpful to me and choosing the right car When I 1st started shopping for a car I was very sick recovering from surgery however they took their time with me and within a couple of weeks I purchase a car there. Bought my 2014 M235i new here, went to service yesterday and $100 cash was stolen out of middle compartment. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages, still can't get a service manager to call me back.

Worst experience ever, never come to this dealership. Sales guy pretending help you but actually they lie to you. Service guy cannot find the issue that I reported, they are trying to sell you their product without trying to find the best solution for you.
Here is something you need to know at the beginning, I own a 2011 BMW 528i and this is a used car.
I came to the dealer for 3 times because it's near to the place I live, first time I came in because I found issue for my steering wheel, I sent my car to Irvine BMW, they said they cannot duplicate the issue. After that I'm still experiencing the same problem, so I stopped by for the second time, and they came up with the same conclusion--"CAN NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE CUSTOMER REPORTED", I was so frustrated and finally I went to Crevier BMW and they found and fix it for me.
The third Time I come is because I lock my key in the trunk, here is the whole story, road side assist tow my car to this dealership because it's near. They provide me two solutions for this, one get a new key, two is get a technician to open it for me. I thought it's not bad, but later on they told me the first option will not work since my car is locked, they cannot program the key. OK fair enough, so the only option I have is to let the technician working on it and open the trunk. They give me a quote of $175 to just open the trunk, I think this is robbing, so I said I'll contact BMW assist to see if I have other options(BMW assist provide remote unlock door service), I called BMW assist, they said they can remotely unlock the door for me but I need to subscribe the service from the dealer with the proof of ownership, so I have the chance to talk to sales guy, he grab my registration and asked me to wait, he came back and told me two things: 1. BMW assist cannot be transferred, it was registered by the first owner, so I cannot have my account for it. 2. My car doesn't support BMW assist and he said he just talked to a guy from BMW Assist. it looks like quite convincing to me, so at this point the only option I have is to open the trunk with the help from the technician and I need to pay for $175. Finally I talked to the adviser and we came up with buying a physical key to unlock my trunk but it will take one day. After this I left my car to the dealer and went back to work.
In the evening I did some research online, and find out my car is eligible for BMW Assist not like the sales guy's statement, and I can register for a new account, so I confirm it with BMW Assist in the next morning, thanks to their excellent service, finally BMW assist unlock my car for me.
So, in conclusion for Irvine BMW:
1. Sales lie to their customer without confirm if there is any solution for you,
2. They are trying to fraud you to pay your money for unnecessary service which you don't need to.
3. They are not trying to fix the reported issues for you vehicle by just mention cannot duplicate the issue report.
4. They are not knowledgeable.
I won't recommend this dealership to anybody.

Trying to get a simple routine oil change is painful. You pull up and usually get greeted right away but then stand and wait by your car for 15 min or more for a service advisor to write you up. I took my other car a Mazda to the Valvoline shop for an oil change just prior and pulled in, sat in my car and was out in 10 minutes! BMW could take a few lessons from these guys. Would take my BMW there is they had the filters!
Irvine BMW was amazing. Maz, Jackson and Jason were great, there team is super efficient, friendly and professional. Definately the best car buying expenses I ve ever had.
I used to cringe thinking about the new car buying process but Danny Miller changed my mind entirely. He was very helpful and made the entire buying process easy, stress free, and without any pressure! I walked out as a happy owner of a brand new x5.
Brought my 325 in for an airbag recall. The service staff who met me were very friendly and quickly directed me to a service manager. He explained that although I didn't have an appointment, he would fit me in with the next available service clerk. The clerk explained that I would have to leave my car for an extended period while the air bag was ordered and delivered. This was for safety reasons. They provided me with a new 328 loaner and quickly assisted me in transferring my belongings and instructing me on the use of the car. All of the staff had a can do attitude, willing to help one another to ensure customer satisfaction.
I am giving 5 stars to Jesse A!!! I've never had such stellar service ever. This young man went above and beyond to make my service visit painless and perfect. The young man who handled my loaner car was outstanding too. Kudos to the person who hired these two kind and capable young men. I am extremely pleased with this visit to IRVINE BMW!
BEWARE! The sales managers are not trustworthy! I worked a deal and was ready to sign when they told me the car was not CPO and that they made a mistake in their system. I asked them during the negotiation process 4 times about the CPO and warranty and they said it was covered for 1 year unlimited miles. Then they said I needed more money down because not buying a CPO increased the APR. I explained to them that since they made the mistake they should at least offer something comparable, but they refused.
Unless you don't value your money, stay away and save yourself the hassle of going through the nightmare of having to deal with this sketchy dealership.
I ended up finding a better car with less miles and at a much better rate with a 3 year, 100k mile warranty. I guess it worked out better for me in the end, but save yourself the wasted time and effort and find a better dealer to work with!
Our experience was fabulous. From the time we arrived at the dealership, Pieter was courteous, professional, knowledgeable. He walked us through the process with clarity and ease. It was more than we could have asked for. We are looking to purchase our next car through BMW Irvine for sure.

Natalie was extremely helpful in pairing me with Jason. Jason found me everything that I was looking for in a car and was amazing to work with. He was very genuine and respectful. Great parts department. They"re helpful and they do help out the do-it-yourself home mechanic by giving up to a 20% discount on parts, but you have to ask for it. When my M3 was new, they did a good job in servicing the car. The dealership is nice and everyone is generally helpful.

My first experience at Irvine BMW was such a great experience. The car buying process is long in general, but Yiwen, the sales manager, and Jesse Jia, the salesman, were amazing. They tried to find every rebate possible to help me with the deal, and they made my experience as fast and as fun as possible. Jesse was really patient with me because I'm really indecisive, and he consistently texted back quickly with any questions I had. Over all, I felt comfortable, and I never felt rushed, forced, or manipulated. I enjoyed the whole experience, and I'll definitely come back here again when my lease is over!
This was my 2nd time leasing through Irvine BMW. My family has been going there for years and they always come through with the best deals in hand. My go to guy here is Artin.. this guy is a legend and will bend over backwards to make you happy. This would have been my fourth BMW, but they clearly didn't care to do business with me. I was very clear with the first salesman about what I wanted and was assured a deal can be reached. However, when Artin got involved, the experience went sour. He was short, rude and seemingly careless. When I gave him my bottom line, he literally got up from his seat and said he cannot do it. Will be going to Crevier.

Service department is unbelievable!! i was promised to get my car back on the same day, but they kept my car for the whole weekend with out letting me know. Just give me a text message after they closed. Ruin the weekend travel plan and everything!! have to uber everywhere for the whole weekend................... I came when the service department is closed at 5:40pm on Saturday Even the sales manager told me what they did is unbelievable. Look forward to the apology very very unhappy

I had a fantastic experience at Irvine BMW! As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Behrooz(Bruce) Moini. He was very friendly and assisted me with test driving a few options on the lot, and he ultimately helped me to find the perfect car! I spoke with Bruce on the phone regarding pricing prior to coming back in to sign the final paperwork, and Bruce not only delivered on our pricing agreement but was also able to help reduce the cost even more! When I arrived to handle the final paperwork Bruce was extremely efficient with its completion. Thanks to his help, as well as Matt in financings awesome care, I was done with all the signing in about an hour. When all of the paperwork was completed Bruce took the time to sit with me in my new car to show me how all the various features work. I bought a BMW X7 last week from this dealership worth $110,000. This is the first time I had to write a review because the service was just that awful. All the salespersons fight among each other to corner the customer. I had 4 different agents help me. The last gentleman who helped me was named Maz Hejazi, who insisted that he help me because the other agent was rude. When the deal was finalized, he told me that he was leaving for a planned medical leave the day of the sale. There was no one to help me the day of the sale and did not even gent orientation with the car. Took 3 hours just to wait for an agent to show up. The icing on the cake was that I had paid a deposit of 1000$ for the car. No one answered my emails to return my deposit even though I purchased the car. Three visits later, and after spending 4 plus hours and countless arguments later, my deposit was returned. None of the managers ever spoke to me during the whole process. If you are buying an expensive car, stay away from this place as their service is the worst!!
I knew right away that Moe from Irvine BMW was someone I wanted to do business with. He sent an introductory email, followed by a video of the car I was interested in test driving. Fast forward 24 hours, I am now home with that same car.
Moe was great in answering all my questions, as well as teaching me how to use the car (My first electric vehicle). I hope he will still be around when I decide to purchase a future car.

I took my 2006 BMW 550i with less than eighty thousand miles back to the dealer because my wife was driving it and my wife lost the control of the car because the breaks weren't working. We took the car to the Irvine BMW in California and they said breaks master cylinder has a recall they fixed my breaks but I had to pay for other services. The very next day after we received the BMW from the dealership my radiator light went on. I took the car to the closet mechanic shop. After I explained my situation they told me BMW probably broke the radiator neck by accident because of fixing other problems. I took it back to the same dealership, the dealership would denied to listen to me and fix the issue. Right now we been having so many problems with the BMW this includes (radio, navigation, and check engine light) I would highly recommended people not to buy this over price, trashy vehicle, with very poor customer services at most of the BMW dealerships. They are only nice to you when they receive your money after that like they don't know you. I have a Lexus as well it has 90,000 miles and never had any problems with it I would highly recommend to buying Lexus over a BMW.
purchasd a 528i, and right after the deal they dont know you anymore. the car had problem with the AC unit and they did not want to fix it there was smell coming out of it but they just spray some airfreshner inside and said it will go away of you keep the air on. But ater 3 months the smell is still there but now they want to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. they didnt want to even wash the car after the purchase then when they did it looked like they splashes some water and called it a day. there was still a lot of water mark all over car and the trunk had a lot of water on it. every time i call the sales men he is out.
BMW Irvine is everything that car buying should be. Sahar is a rock star, she did not waste my time or attempt to pull every shady negotiation lever as was done at BMW Beverly Hills. Sahar worked with me to meet my bottom line and made the process enjoyable. I walked out with a beautiful new car and when I am ready for my next one, you better believe that I will make the drive back to Irvine to work with her.
They used to be a very efficient service dept, but not now. They have completely torn apart the dealership to expand but in the meantime the customer suffers. Even though you come in for an appointment nothing is ready and its first come first serve (PLAN 30-45 minutes minimum)
and what's left of the dealership isn't designed for the customer. It's a maze of mobile offices, cars and cones to tell you 6 different ways for to go through to just park your car where it blocks any forward movement. ....among the other 40-50 cars in for service.
IF YOU HAVE A RENTAL fill up first they charge a free to refill. Then you hunt down your service rep. in an office with 6 reps jammed in. Its noisy and its in and out ASAP. PICK UP IS WORSE with up to 45 minute waits for them to find your car and bring it around. I have never seen such chaos, and NO ONE apologizes, or offers you a water, or any kindness to put up with this mayhem.
Easy and fast service. The loaner car was provided promptly.
Strongly recommend you ask for Vas Hronas when you car shop at Irvine BMW. He was very knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle for my son.

I bought a used i3 from Irvine BMW. Renzo was the guy who sold me the car and he was fantastic! Renzo was friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. While I was buying the car I casually asked if they had any all weather mats for the car and he said he would check. I sort of forgot about it but a week later a new set of all weather mats appeared in the mail! What a nice surprise. My friend Nancy also bought an i3 from Renzo and she had a great experience too. We both love our i3s!

I dealt with Long and Terry during my recent lease transaction and they were fantastic. Very helpful and up front about every step of the process. Put my other lease experience at another dealership to shame. Well worth the 65 mile drive from the valley. And an added bonus was my experience with Shelly during the finance portion. Again, only one other lease to compare it to but he was in another league. Always checking to see if I had questions and explained everything thoroughly. The customer service and professionalism by these three gentlemen was top notch. I would drive back down to Irvine in a heartbeat for another experience like this.
