I went to check the 7501 bmw and found one that i liked, but it had a few scratches to take care, made the deal and they were spouse to be fixed in just a couple of days. WRONG they took 21 days and still not fixed, call the sale person many times and he wouldn't even return my call for days, went in person to talk to sales manager he did not know what was going on with the car, got frustrated and had to cancel the deal. my experience at this dealership was the worst ever, customer service is very bad, i didn't feel there was and professionalism at this dealership at all, this is a bmw dealership, but the customer service is zero. i will never give this dealership my business and will make sure that everyone i know will never go here ever.

BMW of Irvine is the WORST! I have been here for over an hour and a half only to learn that NO ONE signed my car in after they told me to leave the keys in the car and get a coffee. Then come to find out they can not locate my second set of car keys. After two hours now I am being told there is a recall and my car will be kept until Monday and they act like they are doing me a favor giving me a loaner. The woman at the loaner desk was the rudest person I spoke to all day. I have never had worse service in my life. First and LAST BMW
Just completed one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car purchases I ve ever done. Vasilis Hronas, (Vas), my sales rep was upfront and honest and very helpful through the whole process. My car got delayed coming into the country due to the Covid crisis and he kept me up-to-date almost daily and did all he could to expedite the process. When it arrived it was quick and easy. Everything about the process went smoothly and as expected with absolutely not one unexpected item. Everyone at the dealership made me feel that I was their most important customer and that was much appreciated. If you re looking for nice cars and want a BMW, this is the place to go and ask for Vas!

I called because my airbag and seatbelt lights came on. I saw that there was recall issued on the airbag so I decided to call Irvine BMW to confirm. I called and gave them the VIN. The scheduler checked and told me to come in for a diagnosis. I thought that was all under the recall. I made a appointment for 5 days later and looked forward to get rid of the red lights on my dashboard.
Over the weekend, I received a text from Maz in Sales suggesting that I should take a look at new cars while I am there for service. I was never told that my phone will be added to their prospect list. I was annoyed and surprised. Strike 1!
Next day, I drove over 40 minutes to the appointment through OC rush hour morning traffic, parked, went through the whole check in routine... Then the advisor told me there is not a recall of the airbag for my car, and I have to pay $175 for JUST For the diagnose. I anticipated that there would be more money after the diagnose. By then I completely lost my trust in this place and was completely turned off. I wasted 2 hours of my time and the car was no better off. Strike 2 they are OUT!
I will never go there for either Sales or Service.
Overall, my experience was outstanding. I have been shopping other dealerships and was growing complacent with the level of service being overly forceful. This dealership changed my mindset and made me feel valued, from the friendly greeting from the receptionist, the selection process with Shawn, down to the close with Matt in finance.

Great experience!!! I used to hate car buying because it was stressful and pretty much an all day process. But those days are long gone! Renzo Montoya made car buying a much more enjoyable experience. He took the stress away from the process and made it fun. The hardest part of the process was trying to decide which car I wanted. I'm only giving this place one star because I'm not allowed to give zero. I came here a few weeks back to test drive a 328i. I was very excited to lease my first BMW and this was the dealership closest to my house. The salesman seemed very enthused about helping me get a great deal, including my trade in (2013 Prius IV). He said they have a HUGE selection of cars and that I would be able to find one with all of my requirements which included: keyless entry, navigation, and a back up camera. Seeing as my Prius had all these features, it wouldn't be difficult at all to find a BMW with these features if not more. I also requested a fair deal. He said he could make it happen! So I was set on coming to Irvine BMW to purchase on Black Friday as he told me this is when there would be great deals available. Every other day this salesman would check in with me and even try to get me to come in early, which I appreciated. I went in at 12 pm on Friday. The salesman had me look at a few different used vehicles, but none of which had what I was looking for. He repeatedly told me that, in essence, I can't have my cake and eat it too. I would have to give up either one or all of my requirements if I wanted to drive home in a BMW. How is that?? Why on earth buy a car if I'm not satisfied in it?? Anyways, I had asked the salesman several times about numbers. He kept saying we haven't found a car yet so once we do, we'll sit and do the numbers. He even had me test drive another car? We finally got to the desk and I still hadn't seen any numbers. When I, again, told him my expectations of price he said he couldn't do it without a downpayment. When I told him I could not put a $4000 down payment, he asked me if my mother or someone could help me? He repeatedly asked me how I expected to go from a Toyota to a BMW with a similar payment. FIVE HOURS LATER... I finally saw some numbers. He came back saying lease may NOT be an option. He tried to take me for a fool and completely RIP ME OFF for my Prius, offered me a deal $300 ABOVE MY SPENDING LIMIT and not to mention he tried to run my credit BEFORE I EVEN SAW ANY NUMBERS. I said absolutely not and requested my car keys and registration back and he pleaded with me to wait. He came back a second and third time, these times offering to "differ my payment" making it only $250 ABOVE my limit AND I would pay $13,000 at the END of my term. BUT WAIT! It's okay because I could finance that $13,000... WHAT?! After talking in circles and asking him once again for my things back, I got in my car and went straight to Sterling BMW. I got there at 7pm, and drove off with my brand new 2015 328i at 9pm for the exact price I had asked for, including my trade in AND I didn't have to "settle" for a car that didn't have exactly what I had asked for in fact, it had so much more. I'm so glad I didn't screw myself into purchasing from these crooks. Come to Irvine BMW if you want to waste time and be disrespected and taken advantage of. Don't fall for their games!!

Car was making a slight rattling noise, requested to have it fixed before buying and it was done. The reason I gave 1 star rating is because one finance manager named Jamil Najd just did not want to work with a customer. We paid off already 7 cars for last 3 years cash + never a late payment. Seriously, a car for $36000 with down payment of $5k and we thought to put in some more k's, but even then he denied us! How is it possible with co-signer with excellent credit score? I never received this terrible customer service before . The other dealerships are always fighting for their customers, sales or financial it does not matter. Not all the people are millionaires and all people have different situations and everything depends on financial management to work out the best solution with the bank. But it seems like Jamil wasn't willing to do all he could to satisfy a customer

Absolutely "indifferent" service. Everyone I encountered at Irvine BMW for the first service of my 2012 328i exhibited no sense of enthusiasm for their job. It was hardly premium level service for an Ultimate Driving Machine. I'll try another dealer next time.

I live in San Francisco Bay Area and I was searching for a 2019 BMW M2 Competition in Long Beach Blue color. I couldn t find that color anywhere and so decided to buy a 2019 black M2 Competition from another dealer in LA. But, I found that Irvine BMW has a blue color after reaching LA just before buying a black M2 Competition. I got lucky as the person who ordered this vehicle bought an M3 and so this vehicle is available. I should thank that person as the vehicle is a custom specific order with lot of carbon fiber accessories and also the bmw electronic steering wheel. I know that this vehicle will be sold soon so I rushed into the dealership to buy it. Danny Miller was very helpful throughout the process, he was very quick in replying to my messages and answering the questions. I bought the vehicle through BMW finance and the only thing I was disappointed with is the credit check process, I had to wait for 3-4 hours. Overall, I have a positive experience and would recommend Irvine dealership to anyone.

We were looking for a BWM X5 as my bf's first car. We visited several dealerships in Irvine and this is by far the worst service. They don't reply our emails nor texts inquiring pricing at all. When we walked in, the salesman Jason lost interest after he knew that we cannot buy the car in cash. And the price they offer is the highest. Very disappointed.

Honestly one of the worst dealerships for service to go to. Have been going there for the past 8 years recently have taken a dive. Every issue NOT covered under warranty. No communication on what is being done. I call multiple times with no response but service advisors will call me when car is finished. Came back to my M3 unwashed and with small tree branch Laying on my trunk as they pull up my vehicle. Every time an issue is fixed it seems like they are doing you a favor. 3 of my families vehicle wheels have come back to us at service lot with curbed wheels. All of these issues have added up for the past 1 year and has made me not want return to Irvine. Every issue not covered by Irvine BMW has been covered under Sterling BMW recently and will not be returning to Irvine anymore for service...

Our experience started with the parts department and Shaun Bridson. Our 2004 325i was not running well and I wanted to do the repairs myself. Shaun helped me realize that maybe that wasn't the best course of action. He suggested that I get the car diagnosed before spending money on parts that I may not have needed. Shaun informed me of a potential, rather expensive repair that my car may need doto my engine being a SULEV (low emissions vehicle) engine. Now, Shaun could have simply sold me the parts and I would have been off on my way but he actually took the time to explain to me all that he knew about my car. After speaking with Shaun, we decided to leave our car to be diagnosed.
The service department was our next stop where we met Kayla. Kayla helped to guide us through what was going to happen once we left our car. She let us know that she we would be our main contact through the whole process and if we had any concerns to not hesitate to call. She even supplied us with a loaner so that we had something to drive while our car was being worked on. The following day, I received a call from Kayla about our car. The car needed a camshaft sensor replaced which they believed was the start of our problems. She let me know that the part would be replaced but there was a possibility that a smoke test would also be needed but they wouldn't know till after the sensor was replaced. We agreed to the repair. The following day, Kayla called to inform us that they went ahead and did the smoke test free of charge because the repair did not solve the problem and found that it was the catalytic converter. The cost of the repair was $4000 dollars. My wife and I were pretty upset with this news since the car really wasn't worth the cost of the repair. Kayla could hear the despair in our voice and suggested we come down and see if they could help us. Kayla was incredible.
Kayla referred us to Annachai whom was amazing with my wife. She was very compassionate and caring. After gathering more details she connected us with Jason Demond. Jason was determined and focused on helping us with our situation. Jason swiftly helped us, he was kind, sincere, and we felt we could really trust in him. He helped us with our paperwork and gave us our options. We are very satisfied with our beautiful 2009 328i BMW. Above all we were left with a heartfelt experience. It is not everyday that you find customer service like we received at Irvine BMW and specifically with Jason. Everyone was kind and helpful not only to my wife and I but also to our 7 year old little boy. Jason made our son comfortable too as well as the rest of the staff. Andrew in Finance was also very helpful and quick with the paperwork process.
We highly recommend Irvine BMW if you are in the market for a vehicle. Ask for Jason because he is awesome!

Peter and Jesse were incredibly helpful with my purchase. I was involved in a car accident a couple months ago and needed to get a new car to replace my totaled vehicle. Buying a car is stressful enough when you WANT a new car, but HAVING to purchase a car just sucks when you don t want to.
Jesse took a bunch of time to show me cars, textd me photos of vehicles I was interested in, and was quick to reply. Peter helped Jesse out because Jesse was busy when I came down to the dealership. I immediately felt comfortable with Peter and did not get the typical car salesman impression.
The negotiations were very easy, zero pressure, and I felt like peter was 100% on my side trying to work with me and my budget. I would buy from these two 100 times over. Highly recommend!
Our 2017 750i was coming up for termination next month, so while staying at our other residence in SoCal we thought it would be a good idea to begin looking for our new vehicle. Irvine BMW seemed to have the most selection so we thought that this dealership would be a good place to start. Once at the dealership we were pleasantly greeted by Vasilis, Client Advisor. We found him to be very friendly, sincere, and eager to address our needs. He was able to overcome the hurdles of price, and an early return for our existing car, some 400 miles away. Overall we enjoyed a stress free, very satisfying car buying experience, one that typically can be frustrating. Irvine BMW has a valuable asset in Vasilis and should expect many successful relationships through his efforts.

Purchasing my car was a great experience. Service is beyond HORRIBLE! No car rentals, cannot schedule service or have limited window to do so. Expect customers to wait for 3+ hours while they fix your car because they do not want give loaners - those who can afford your so called premium brand can do so because we WORK! All the more reason to offer loaners.
Tried to schedule my service & recall repairs AGAIN today, canceled last time because they would not loan me a car and the service rep yelled at me and hung up on me because I said I did not have time in my schedule to wait for 3 hours while they repaired my recall. A recall is your fault D-bag, not mine and my time should not be impacted. Had to fight to get a loaner car. Was told to bring in at 6:30PM, got stuck in a meeting, called to see if I can bring in 7AM tomorrow AM - was told no because they are booked solid.
You would think that an $80,000 car would get you customer service. Guess I did not spend enough.

I contacted them after realizing they gave me wrong info and my statement showed that I need to pay $1246 instead of $350. I called them from overseas because I'm on a long business trip and before leaving I made sure everything is done.
Well, inexperienced and irresponsible staff (Brandyn Harris and Oscar Nava) gave me the wrong info.
I called the dealership more than 10 times today and I was on hold more than hour.
Misty said there are only 2 people working in that dealership and they're with customers and they cant speak on the phone. I just needed a phone number for Autoguard to open a claim.
I also spoke with Yasmin Aref who wasnt helpful nor respectful.
I also left a message for Steve Rudkin. I'm not sure if I ever hear from them.
Long story short, It was my worst experience and I wont ever go back to take place.
And I dont recommend it to anyone.
I was in the market for a 2020 black BMW 330I with black leather seats, which was extremely difficult to find. In the end, I settled on one with the oyster leather seats instead. I called several dealerships in my area and spoke to Renzo Montoya at Irvine BMW. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay for it. He not only found the vehicle for me, but was also very patient and pleasant to work with. We spoke last week as well as exchanged emails. Today, I was able to make a decision and reached out to him. He was as pleasant in person as over the phone and emails. I told him I didn t have much time and requested he got the car ready so I can just show up and do the paperwork. Renzo delivered and made the process painless and quick. Thank you again Renzo, for assisting and being respectful of my time. I love my new car and will definitely recommend you to friends and family!
Just leased my second Mini Clubman and stepped up to a JCW and couldn't be happier! This was by far the most painless, fastest car buying/leasing experience ever thanks to Mr. Jae Lacy! The sales and service staff are all friendly and helpful. If you haven't driven a Mini Clubman JCW, you haven't lived! Worst possible experience ever, not once but twice. Is there any option for -ve star!!!
My X1 has more than 46K miles and I've gone to Irvine BMW (closest to my house) twice with the complaint that while driving 10+ miles/hr over a speed bump, there is loud clunk noise from the front passenger side suspension of the car. Two different technician worked two different times and both times the service dept. said that there is no issue, they are unable to verify and all the parts look ok. Being fed up, lastly I took my car to the BMW dealership from where I bought it. They inspected and verified that there is indeed an issue. They removed and replaced both lower control arms, performed 4 wheel alignment, adjusted front axle. All these repairs were done with $0 from my pocket as these were still under warranty.
To me, Irvine BMW wanted to take the advantage of me as my car is close to its 50K warranty limit and once it crosses that, this would have been a $1000+ repair at the dealership. Total scam.
Also I just asked how much is the parts plus labor to replace the engine and cabin filters, the quote was $425. Unbelievable!!!
Carolynn Nguyen was a great help on getting me the deal I need for my new 16 535i. We worked it out throughout the day through phone and email and was always available. She made this process smooth and easy. Thanks for you help!!!

My friends and I went to take a look at these vehicles and possibly purchase one. We are around 23 years old. We walked around the lot and even inside the showroom for about 20 minutes and not a single salesperson came to help us. I understand that we look young but we were ready to buy if we were sold on the car. Just because people look young doesn't meant that they cant afford it! Help every customer the same way! You never know!

Almost three years ago, I came to Irvine after a not so pleasant experience at a nearby dealer. That is how I met Debra. In a word, simply amazing. Okay, that was two words. She was no nonsense, extremely thorough and all around COOL!! I special ordered a 5 Series and 8 weeks later I was behind the wheel. AND I LOVED THAT CAR.
A few months back, I called Debra again inquiring about the 2021 models and the new features available. I hung up the phone with another special order in the works. She landed in San Pedro about 10 days or so ago, hit the dealership about a week ago and then Vas (Vasilis Hronas) called me. My previous sales guy, Jim, had moved over to the Ross dealer next door. Vas invited me to come take her for a spin. I came, I drove, I loved and was still prepared to walk away ... too many hoops to jump through and too much time left on my current deal.
Vas took care of everything. I got the same deal I would have received at the end of my lease and I feel great about the purchase. I don't know how he did it, and i don't care ... he got it done. Thats how you know you have a good salesman working with you.
I consider Irvine BMW a Partner and I am happy to keep giving them my business. Hopefully Vas is there 3 years from now, when I am ready to do this again .... unless a new 5 Series comes out sooner.
In the meantime, if you are in the market for a new BMW, stop by Irvine BMW. Ask for Vas, he will definitely take good care of you. Tell them I sent you. While you're there, say whats up to Debra too.

Bruce Moini at Irvine BMW is incredible! Super easy going, super knowledgeable, very enagaged in our purchase, and is just a super sweet man. My wife and I bought an i3 from him and the experience was top notch. Will buy again and again as long as Bruce is conducting our purchase.
