I really enjoyed working with Carolynn Nguyen. She s extremely patient and professional. I had her run numbers several times for different vehicles and different pay scenarios and she never made me feel like I was putting her out. I drove three different CPOs, all the same model and engine, because the first just didn t feel right. She didn t make me feel like I was crazy, but very much the opposite, which I appreciated. She was just very accommodating at every turn. The part I always dread is sitting with the finance guy. Instead of sitting in his office, she brought the paperwork to me and let me sit and relax while she efficiently went over the signing docs. Best of all, no pressure selling.

After I went to BMW Irvine to mentain my car. The paint on the buttons to open my car trunk lid and for applying the parking brake are peeling. These two buttons are not often used. It is very hard to peel the paint. I talked to the manager of BMW Irvine and he wants me to pay 55% of the repair cost. These buttons were not demanged by me and I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything. I lost trust with BMW dealership.

I just bought my first BMW car 2 weeks ago. I had to wait before I post this review just to make sure I got a good deal and the car is working pretty well. And here I am.
First of all, I was super lucky that I met Omar the sales representative person in BMW. He was super honest and direct guy. Surprisingly, he did nothing but helping me out to get the best deal. As well, he helped me out to choose the perfect BMW model that fits me well. I am really thankful that I met Omar.
AS well, his Supervisor, Calvin, was kind too because he approved the deal that I offered without even negotiating my offer.
if you really want to save time and effort negotiating, go to this dealership and ask for Omar.
Note, I live in Corona, and I went to many BMW dealers including the one in Riverside, but I did not feel comfortable as much I felt there in Irvine.

These guys are great for sales,.. just don't have the service center to any painting on your car. Don't even let them wash your car. They had scratched our Christine paint job washing it one time, But the real MISTAKE was we had them do some bumper work for us and their shop got over spray on the entire car and looked like they used some kind of chemical to wipe it off and all it did was smear it all over the car and the windows. But the big mistake they made was they didn't just wipe the chemical on the car they rubbed it in with cotton towels and scratched the entire car,( micro fiber wouldnt do this, unless they were scrubbing the overspray into our pristine paint job) we took it back twice and they couldn't fix it and I was at this point just so fed up with them because I knew they wouldn't take the time to just buff the car out to be responsible for their mistake. But the worst part was the poker face the manager and the service manager gave me when they told me that it was perfect and fixed. when you could clearly see with the reflection of the light in front of you all of the marring. They destroyed my BMW and because of this I hate Irvine BMW. When I wash this car I use nothing but microfiber and when I'm done I throw them away. No Fabric that touches the rocker panel touches the upper parts of the car. These guys came in and just butchered my paint job completely. Classless. Never take your car here for anything because it'll come back covered in overspray and destroyed.

Very unprofessional, I bought my car from this dealership in 2015 and have had all my services there. However, I found them very dishonest in services department. I took my car for a noise in the steering wheel in Sep. They charged me $1400 to fix the issue but after I got the car back the car is vibrating so bad when it is in natural and parking modes. I took the car back they claimed they made a recommendation for this issue ( another $5000) but I didn't pay attention. That is not true because my car didn't vibrate at the first time service. Also i did not get any recommendation from them They kept my car for 6 days and didn't fix it since they didn't accept that the car didn't have this issue when I took it in Sep. I am not going back to this place again.

No Stars to give for starters. Nobody cares if you buy cars from them or not. Even a normal used auto sales dealer does a follow up call. These guys never adhere to their appointments and never call back. Great going for a BMW showroom. I have been a BMW owner since long but am not going to buy from these people who doesn't care about a prospective buyer.

Had the BEST experience today with Irvine BMW. My salesman Brandon Kim was so helpful and made my experience easy & fast. He got me into the bmw i wanted :) The finance manager Shelly was also very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable with the deal. Very disappointed in the service department. I called because a fluid light came on. The receptionist told me that that I could buy coolant from the parts department and put it in myself but they would not service my car. I was totally astounded that ANY BMW Service Department would refuse to work on a car in when the car was telling me "do not operate this car and take it to a dealer now".

At any rate, I took it back to Sterling in Newport Beach (which has always been great). They took the car in, topped it off, and washed it for me. I was out of there in 20 minutes. I will be avoiding Irvine BMW in the future.

I received a recall letter from BMW and contacted Irvine BMW for a appointment. Right from the start there was confusion, the person on the phone did not understand "recall"......1st bad sign. I finally made the reservation with the Service Department and they said it would only take about 1-1/2 hours. When I arrived @ 7am Friday, no reservation....2nd bad sign, but they did assign me a service person. He told me I needed a brake fluid flush and cabin filter too, so I agreed as long as we could do it all at once. After 3 hours and $450 (brake flush & filter), he told me they did not have the recall part! I was clear when I made the reservation w/the part number. Since I wasted the morning, I asked if they could keep the car and I would grab a rental. He said I should come back later that day. I have driven Bimmers for 20 years and used Irvine BMW for 5, but not this place again. Disappointed.

I took my car to get looked at and had a rude technician "Jason Martinez" very impolite say I should've bought another car like Toyota because Im asking to many questions about the car purchased, said if i had to ask so many questions why'd I buy the car and should just go buy a Toyota since that's the only vehicle I'd be able to understand without a degree. 10/10 would recommend Irvine BMW. Carolynn was very helpful throughout the entire process and I m so happy I chose to get the BMW M3 instead of a Tesla! The customer service was great. My lease on my SUV is maturing in March. As a current BMW owner I came here to look at the 2020 X5. Walked in at 5:30pm and left at 6:30. Walked in the showroom then outside on the lot. Not a single person approached me to see if I need help and I passed a bunch of them. Couple of them were standing outside and the rest in their "offices" just hanging out talking to each other. So disappointing that these are people who are representing the brand.

After filling out all financing paperwork, agreeing on price, running and passing credit check (we frankly were going to pay cash, but they insisted we had to do credit check). Dealer changes deal agreed upon. I walked out of dealership. Manager calls over 30 minutes later. I had already driven to the Porsche dealer and test drove a 2x more expensive car by the time he called. I end up buying the Porsche that day. When he called he was argumentative yet claimed to be trying to apologize - funny how he never said "I am sorry" and instead tried to justify what they did (some apology)

Finally he says he called to offer original item they agreed to. Like really? - if you really wanted to apologize and offer me what you originally agreed to, after effectively entering enter a contract with me by running my credit that I met your stated criteria by a huge margin; he should have done so before I was even able to drive off the lot....

Don't waste your time with these people. They are dishonest and unethical. After they get your credit score they will renig on what they agreed to.

Poor Service Experience, twice. I had been taking my car to Sterling BMW since I purchased my car there but I had a job change and Irvine BMW was the closer option. When I purchased my car I also purchased extended maintenance and warranty.

Visit 1 - I took my car in for normal checkup and oil change and also because I had a shudder in the brakes. I literally had to beg to get a loaner car. They told me they no longer cover loaner cars for things like oil change; something I received automatically at Sterling. When I received the car back they told me the brakes weren t worn enough to replace yet. So I had to live with the shudder.

Visit 2 - I scheduled my appointment online, which was apparently a big mistake because you have to reserve a loaner car and the option does not exist for online appointments. You have to call and beg I guess. It had been 10k miles since my last visit so due for oil change and again have my brakes inspected. My brakes shuddering really bad, this cant be good for the car. I take the car in and am told no loaner option because I didnt make a reservation. I paid out of pocket for an Enterprise rental 2 miles away, no option from Irvine BMW. I waited a few minutes for their free Uber service but after 10 minutes I just paid my own Lyft ride.

I get a call around 1pm that my car is done but the brakes are not covered. First I was told that rotors are not covered but after I insisted they were I was told that the brakes arent worn enough to be covered by maintenance. I returned my loaner to get my car back. I called BMW North America to verify this claim and was given a very PC response but confirmation that rotors are covered by my extended maint and warranty. I argued with the service manager who finally agreed to replace them. I needed to get back to work so I left with my car to deal with it another time. When i get my car back, my front license plate is twisted and bent.

Seriously, these jokers are a mess. I wont be going back. I dont want to drive from south oc to newport but its that or cancel my extended maint warranty.

I used to love your dealership. I thought you guys were honest and gave great service. until a few months ago I came in for low tire service and you guys said I had a nail in my tire so I bought a tire , as you know they aren't cheap. then I came in again for tire service and again you said I had metal in my tire and I needed a new tire. so this time I went to a tire store and they looked and I had NO metal in my tire and they just put some air in and it has been fine !!! bad business !!!! watch out if they say you need your tires replaced . get a second opinion !!!

Dannny Miller my "sales guy" was AMAZING start to finish..he was very professional and thorough about showing me the car, pointing out all the options that were available on it and how to use them. I broght in my car to get an oil change today- it was my first time at Irvine BMW but they made the process so easy! The service team was so on top of getting my car looked at, serviced, and finished in time. Ruben assessed my car and suggested other things to do covered under my warrantee. There s a shuttle service but I chose to stay the two hours because the lounge is nice. There s free WiFi, coffee, and pastries. And what really surprised me was that they had complementary catered lunch too! I got a lot of work accomplished while they worked on my car. Everyone was super courteous and I m glad they took care of all my car maintenance problems. Thank you Irvine BMW! Definitely coming here for future services.

I highly recommend working with Vasilis at Shelly BMW. He is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I visited 3 other local BMW dealers, and about 15 other car dealers total during my car search. None of the other dealers and sales reps matched Vasilis service. Vasilis provides a Nordstrom type of experience, while the other guys made me feel like I was shopping at Walmart.

One of Vasilis best qualities is his attentive patience. I m the worst kind of car buyer. I did hundreds of hours of research before going into the dealer, and then test drive multiple times, and then take hours before making a decision. I ll research socks for an hour then take an hour at the store before I make a purchase. Vasilis calm patient approach never changed. He answered all of our questions (I shopped with my wife that is 8 months pregnant) and catered to our needs. There s nothing worse than going to a dealer and realizing you know more about the car than the salesmen. That won t happen with Vasilis. He knows his vehicles.

All future BMW purchases will certainly be completed with Vasilis at Shelly BMW.

Let me first say this is probably the best BMW dealership in California. The dealership and staff is first class. I worked with Jason the sales manager and he was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. And he took time to break down the options in my car. What I appreciated is that he throughly broke down my deal. It was also a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest finance department. I wasn't being up sold on anything I didn't really need. Will most certainly be making all my future car purchases from this dealership.

I would give 5 stars but the only downside is that it didn t feel like the dealership had the most welcoming environment.
