I had a fantastic experience at Irvine BMW! As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Behrooz(Bruce) Moini. He was very friendly and assisted me with test driving a few options on the lot, and he ultimately helped me to find the perfect car! I spoke with Bruce on the phone regarding pricing prior to coming back in to sign the final paperwork, and Bruce not only delivered on our pricing agreement but was also able to help reduce the cost even more! When I arrived to handle the final paperwork Bruce was extremely efficient with its completion. Thanks to his help, as well as Matt in financings awesome care, I was done with all the signing in about an hour. When all of the paperwork was completed Bruce took the time to sit with me in my new car to show me how all the various features work. Thank you for your outstanding service and kindness Bruce- I cant wait to enjoy my new car!
