Awesome customer service and no pressure to buy or look at a car. Awesome good impression.

I work at an automotive shop. I am a certified auto tech with years of experience. That said, I have been shopping a car upgrade for quite a while knowing my family was in need of one, but, it had to be to my expectations. I've known for years from word of mouth and vehicles I have serviced at times, McKenna motors only deals in quality and reliability. The staff is fantastic. I've spoke with Bob who helped us different times over the years about cars I was interested in randomly. Glad to finally seal a deal with him. Call of the purchase process was quick and smooth. An absolute pleasure dealing with everyone we met at McKenna Motors. I live 220 miles away, and inquired about a vehicle they had, that I was interested in. Bob, the salesman, was very pleasant to deal with and kept in touch with me throughout the process. We had car trouble 50 miles from them, that required a tow. When I called to tell them about the delay, Mark, the owner, arranged a tow and sent them my way almost immediately. They kept in touch with me until we had things resolved. Mark and Bob had the car waiting for inspection and a test drive. Jennifer had all the paperwork ready and the transaction was extremely smooth and pleasant. We definitely recommend McKenna Motors.

All around great! Bob was our salesman and he was great with no pressure to buy the truck. I came back to test drive the truck twice and Bob even offered to put the truck on their lift to check the underside. Just a great car buying experience with great people.

Noticed their "new paint" job flaking off after just days after I starting using the truck. Definitely done by them and not a pro. No primer coat was used that I can tell... Also underside of vehicle was spray painted black, shocks, moving parts...to try and make it look good. Painted over the rust, dirt, and mud on the underside, so now I'm worried it was driven on a beach or around saltwater and maybe someone tried to cover up some bad rust.

Best service in town these people are really down-home people they really do the job because they want to and they do a job well done when McKenna Motors does something they do at top of the line I really love McKenna Motors everyone should go there

We have bought 4 vehicles here over the 20 years. Never had significant problems with any of them. Over the years their vehicles get newer and better in milage.

I shopped for a truck all day and when I got to McKenna they didn't put any pressure on me to stay. After showing me what they had that was closest to what I wanted they had no problem letting me go check out other places. I came back because they did have the best value and best of all they gave me what I wanted on my trade when no one else would. Excellent staff and very trustworthy.

Bought a car with problems and Mark and the crew worked on it until it was right. I have bought 3 cars from Mark and all have been good. They are always my first choice.

Very disappointed with this business. They were unwilling to loan me a car when they wanted to keep the car overnight. Just as bad, they avoided me and didn't keep me informed of what was happening after I voiced my feelings. I would give no star but it wouldn't let me post that way.

Great late model pre-owned vehicles that go through a rigorous inspection and repair process.

Tried to buy a vehicle, told them I wanted to only use my bank. They took it upon themselves to run my credit though a few other banks around town. The price of the car was 12k they requested 17k from the banks. They have no explanation on why they did this other than we couldn t make a deal . If you want to be tricked, deceived and more than likely ripped off than definitely visit McKenna motors!

This is what the car buying experience should be like! They were no pressure, very helpful, patient, honest, and more than fair. I will buy from them again without hesitation, and I will recommend others to them. I'm grateful for all they did for my family.

I bought a used 2010 Subaru Outback from these guys, and after owning it for 3 months now I can confidently tell you that McKenna Motors sold me a fantastic used car at a great price. They are also extremely nice people, and definitely care about their customers. Nothing shady going on at this place, unlike some of the other dealers I visited. I would buy from McKenna Motors again in a heartbeat.

UPDATE: 2 years and 50,000+ miles later and my car is still running great! The only repairs I have had to pay for so far are the usual preventative maintenance such as timing belts etc.

I bought a truck and was very happy with the team there!!! About a month after I bought the truck I noticed a power steering leak. I called Wade (who sold me the truck) and he said come back and we will fix it. So I brought the truck back and they fixed it and didn t charge me anything!!! I am very happy with my experience. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Wade!!!

Worst sales experience, salesman was ikay but the sales experience here was a joke. Found out later on that the truck had major damage to it. Went to put camper brackets on the frame and could not get the bolt back in the hole it came iut of. The frame had sprung after I took the bolt out. Had to take it to the body shop. The body man sowed me where it had been damaged. To thr trained eye you could see it, but not the average Joe. This wasbnever disclosed.

I had pre approved financing thriugh my credit union, gave them the card to call th loan officer. I wasnt taking the truck home mind you. I told them ti hold it over the weekend. Then run it through the credit union. After signing off on the deal. They then reniged and said they would sell it anyway. This also sfter agreeing to buy my trade. Dont sales lots sell cars over the weekend? Just syin. WOW!

So got through that after threating to sue them if they sold it. It was on ad. Was driving my trade up to them and I get a call about half way, which is about 100 miles from where I am, and they ask if Ive got the title. I told them no bank has it and its paid off, the bank will send tutle directly to them. There was a piece of legal documentation that was signed when I got the loan that was sent to McKenna. Anyway, they said they couldnt do the deal without the title. Are you kidding me? Anyway ended up calling the credit union in a rest stop and had them call them. What a complete joke.

Very friendly salesman. Open and honest about prices. Showed me stock of vehicles in price range, gave suggestions, but did not try to make an immediate sale.

Absolute pleasure to work with! I have never had a Owner/Sales person take the time after the sell to go through all the options and make sure we understood all the perks of the vehicle (this place did and it was the owner)! This place is top notch and all the sales people are super great! No pressure environment, great sales people, and good environment.
