The choice that we ended up with was the 2017 330e and it was with the performance package. I'm so proud of the car I get to drive around in and I love flaunting my vehicle to my friends. I have been to many dealerships looking for a new car and the Irvine BMW dealership was by far the best experience from the sales process to financing. Our salesperson Ketan was very knowledgeable and never pushy. Always willing to go the extra mile to help us out and find us the best deal. He found us different options for vehicles and had them ready for us ahead of our arrival to test drive since we had our kids with us. Excellent service and follow up. My wife took in her car because the brake pad warning light was on. The service advisor first charged her $200 for a diagnosis, which resulted in, surprise surprise, low brake pad life. They spent 5 min life the car up and used flashlight to look at the brake pad for $200. The advisor completely ripped my wife off.
And then, when my wife told the advisor that we won't be doing the brake pad replacement, the advisor stated that they already took the car apart for installation and need at least an hour to get the car ready. And also the advisor said to do rear brake pad ONLY it was going to be $700. What a ridiculous price since to do the brake pad it only takes about 10 minutes, and the rear brake pads and sensor parts only cost $200 total.

Had my M3 serviced at Irvine BMW and everything went smoothly. Gary Temel is my preferred service advisor. He's awesome, professional and super friendly. My car was done at the time he specified it would be. This is my second visit to the service department for regular service and both times have been super.
I walked in for the " coolant refill ", the guy (black shirt) at the front door asked me whether I have an appointment or no, I said "NO", he asked me to pull up in drive way and wait and he put little flyer, i waited for 45 mins very patiently, he came to me thrice in that 45 mins span, kept saying someone will be with me very shortly. Finally one guy (blue shirt) came and told me since I don't have an appointment , he can keep the car for one day, no loaner car, shuttle drops me, I said, I can not, it is just coolant change and take 15 mins Max, he said he still can not do it, I asked him, if it take a day with no loaner car, why didn't the black shirt guy told me the same when I walked in? Why did he made me wait for 45 mins for the information. Then blue shirt guy argues with me that I only waited here for 20 mins, I asked blue shirt guy how do you know how long I waited, he says he knows it (I believe this guy has special skill, he should be spying on North korea to make world peaceful lol), My 1 hour got wasted, neither of them apologized at least, I got to leave with out refilling the coolant, I called "Crevier BMW" Crevier guys told me, no appointment is necessary for coolant refill, it's just takes 15 mins Max, went to Crevier BMW and got it done, so peaceful. These Irvine BMW guys should learn how to communicate between them and provide better service with out wasting customer time like this. Should have some soft skills too!!

Customer service is poor. Long story short. Maz judged me and my family as a book by its cover. He handed the service to his assistant without informing us what so ever and went to service a caucasian couple in business attires.

Called Irvine BMW to get information on a recall notice I received for my 2002 M3. After I was told the parts for the recall were not available for another 2 weeks, they said they would call back to set up an appointment and as usual in cases like this, I asked if they would provide a free loaner car at the time of the repair and was told not for a recall situation as this! WTF?? Crevier always provides a free loaner car of equal value when I go there! I guess will have to take my car there again, although I live in Laguna Niguel, I will not return to Irvine BMW for servicing.

This our 4th BMW and have gone through Long Beach, Newport twice and decided to give Irvine a shot. Via a walk in to just look around and see our options, Artin Avarian approached us. Artin was incredibly helpful, friendly and personable he spent many hours with us. Never really pressured us in any direction but was honest and gave us many different options. I felt as if he Artin was more of an advocate for our requests rather than a typical sales person. So we ended up walking out with an x3.

Just picked up my keyfob here and they were friendly and attentive. They walked me through my options for activation and then just ended up doing it for free. Which I was very grateful for. stopped by for an oil top off for my m3 when I pulled up to the service center, there were like 5 customers waiting and nobody helping them... it was like 10-15 mins before someome came out... when a tech finally got my oil, HE WAS GOING TO PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR!!!!... luckily I noticed and stopped him!!!... they don't track you coming in for an oil top off here, so if the tech had added the wrong oil without me knowing, I'd have no proof it was them if my car was damaged because of it!!!... and my car is out of warranty... use this place at own risk... my recommendation: stay away!!!

Don't buy any tire insurance from them!! They lie ! Also the insurance they sale it's a 3rth party thief company! Called (fortagra)! When you want use the insurance they will tell you alot rules not covering ! So be aware !

I like the friendly atmosphere where you can relax while waiting for your car to get it done and of course enjoying the sight of different cars around you. Last Saturday while browsing a BMW on display, Brandon Kim invited us inside his office and showed his best deal for the day. He was honest and piqued my interest in getting one. Without any hesitation he took us to the car and had me test drive the vehicle. He saw my excitement and convinced me to get it. He also delivered the car to my home since I had another car with me. I will be happy to refer him to my friends who are admiring my BMW.
Not impressed with this service department. After taking my M car in for an oil change, my vehicle has a streak of oil going down the fender and the fender had a surface scratch. While the service advisor reached out to me to fix what they damaged, I wasn't impressed with the lack of care the techs show for the cars they work on. Im equally unimpressed with the fact that I wrote the service manager an email regarding the incident without receiving a reply. Im not sure I trust this dealer for any further service or purchase.
