I walked in for the " coolant refill ", the guy (black shirt) at the front door asked me whether I have an appointment or no, I said "NO", he asked me to pull up in drive way and wait and he put little flyer, i waited for 45 mins very patiently, he came to me thrice in that 45 mins span, kept saying someone will be with me very shortly. Finally one guy (blue shirt) came and told me since I don't have an appointment , he can keep the car for one day, no loaner car, shuttle drops me, I said, I can not, it is just coolant change and take 15 mins Max, he said he still can not do it, I asked him, if it take a day with no loaner car, why didn't the black shirt guy told me the same when I walked in? Why did he made me wait for 45 mins for the information. Then blue shirt guy argues with me that I only waited here for 20 mins, I asked blue shirt guy how do you know how long I waited, he says he knows it (I believe this guy has special skill, he should be spying on North korea to make world peaceful lol), My 1 hour got wasted, neither of them apologized at least, I got to leave with out refilling the coolant, I called "Crevier BMW" Crevier guys told me, no appointment is necessary for coolant refill, it's just takes 15 mins Max, went to Crevier BMW and got it done, so peaceful. These Irvine BMW guys should learn how to communicate between them and provide better service with out wasting customer time like this. Should have some soft skills too!!
