I'm not on here to vent, I'm genuinely trying to help other people not be as stupid as I am. I have been a customer of Irvine BMW for 10 years for some reason. It seems every time I deal with them they make careless mistakes and zero attempt to fix it without me having to contact people over and over again. First, they entered my address incorrectly so my plates sat at the dealer for a month. No one ever bothered to call me and tell me anything. When I finally figure out what happened to my plates they offered to put them on for me. So I thought ok cool, but the guy put the front plate on at an absolutely ridiculous tilt. Its not even close to level. I mean a child could do a better job. Not to mention when I purchased the car there were huge scratches on the roof. Look I get it they have a hard time dealing with rich a-holes all day, but for how much time and money I spent getting this car I will never do business again with BMW. I'm not a rich a-hole, this car is very special to me, and this is the crap I have to deal with? Absolutely incompetent.

Found the car we wanted, we chatted with Shawn Yeganeh; one of the Sales Consultant. I told him we were coming from an hour away and I wanted to make sure that car is still available. He checked on his computer and told me that it is in fact available. Minutes later, I get a text from him; he had physically taken a video of the car parked on their lot.
As soon as we got to the dealership, he had the car ready for us to take out for a Test drive.
Shawn is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He was not pushy at all like other Car Sales people I ve encountered in the past. We were in and out of there in less than 2 hours. The whole process was very relaxing, it was the complete opposite of what I expected. They even offered us a rebate on a already discounted Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.
The whole transaction was nothing like I ve ever experienced before, and I ve bought a few cars.

BE AWARE of this dealership, I bought a car from them and it only have 3 k miles on it and at the time I didn t show any damage on the record and after couple of months it showed the car had been in accident and the dealership didn t tell me about it. After spending $$$$$$ it s not worth getting any cars from this dealership. Why there is no 0 star rating? I had my routine service done at Irvine BMW 1 month ago. They also 'claimed' to have fixed the check engine light I had at that time. Recently, I went to them cuz the same warning light pops back up on my dashboard. The service consultant Kevin wants to charge me $3,000+ for a turbocharger replacement. I declined and went to a local shop. They cleared out the problem with a software update within 10 minutes, FOR FREE. And they also told me I need my routine service now because it is past due and all the fluids, spark plugs are pretty filthy now. I am really surprised because I just had this done not too long ago at Irvine BMW. So clearly either the local shop is lying or Irvine BMW is lying. You be the judge.

I shopped around at the holy trinity of OC BMW dealerships, and it was only when I sat down with Daniel Miller at this location and gave him my parameters and wishlist that I got an X4 at a rate that worked for me. That was a 5 star experience by itself. But it's been the customer service that Danny and his colleague Richard Kim (in the Service Department) have provided since then that's prompting me to actually sit down and write a review. These guys have amply demonstrated that they aren't the types to forget about you the second you drive the car off the lot. On the contrary, they're evidently invested in keep their clients happy (and therefore loyal). Danny and Richard have truly gone out of their way to help me out with a couple of issues along the way, and it's that above-and-beyond attitude that leaves me doubtless that I will be a repeat patron of this location.

My girlfriend found a car there that she loved and was dead set to buy. We went, test drove it, and wanted to proceed with the purchase. They knew she liked it too because against my advice she told them as much. They then offered her like 30-40% of the blue book value for her trade-in. We told them that we were offered a far higher amount for the trade in by Audi. They said to prove it in writing and they will honor it. So we drove to another dealership, got a trade-in offer in writing and then called Irvine BMW. They had us email them the offer. Then about 20 minutes later they sent us a text saying they sold the car my girlfriend wanted. That night we found a similar car in San Diego and bought it, and they gave us the proper trade in value with no bargaining. We saw the car my girlfriend wanted still on the Irvine BMW lot a month later marked down several thousand dollars. I m in the market to buy a new car myself but can t bring myself to do business here.
I couldn t believe what happened, I visited the location to discuss a lease option on X5 and even knew what I want from their inventory, then after waiting for almost an hour this super rude and unprofessional salesman who supposed to help me, came and without even saying hi or introducing himself, he said Are you really here to buy a car today, because I have another client that is coming soon and don t have time to waste
I was shocked and speechless and even couldn t say anything, walked away.

I went in just to look at a few cars, and left with a beautiful CPO that exceeded all of my expectations. Irvine BMW was the only dealer I was able to find that had the specific models and rare performance options I was looking for. There were a few hiccups with communication, but they were as much my fault as theirs, and easily resolved. Michael was helpful, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Definitely the best dealer experience we have had!

Jason DeMond in my years of experience in buying cars by far surpassed all previous experiences. I so appreciate his passion, his commitment, and understanding of his job. If there was a zero star I would've give them a zero star but unfortunately you have to have at least one star in order to review. Worst place to deal with it. Once you take the vehicle out of the lot they will never return your call and they would never treat you like a customer again. Their finance personnel and their sales personnel are just sales rep wants to sell you the car and kick you out of the lot and never want to hear again from you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and buy your car from somewhere else.

I have had a great experience with Mr.Farzin at the service department. He handled all of my service requests perfectly and was very fast. I was specially surprised when he remembered my name.
I purchased a vehicle in January 2017, my temporary registration expired and to this day(@8 months) I haven't received plates/registration. Meanwhile I got a ticket for expired registration and now I have to spend time in court to take care of the ticket. I forgot how many times I called the dealership, its not looking good. Good luck buying a car at this dealership.

I d give zero star if possible. Service appointment at 1:30 pm, checked in 1:10 pm, no advisor showed up until 2 pm and very rude and didn t explain anything why be late and make clients just waiting.

The people in the phone on that dept. are not even humble, in fact they are rude, as if they are doing a favor. No they are not.
