Gary of Irvine BMW is the man in the Service depar...

Gary of Irvine BMW is the man in the Service deparment. Ever since I got introduced to him by a friend, he's the only guy I deal with when maintenance is required on my 2012 BMW. He's honest, trustworthy and just a stand-up guy. He doesn't push on work to be done unless its absolutely needed at that time, and will follow through with it to ensure it gets done right the first time. He's also the only BMW rep I've dealt with where I actually get the car back on the time he says it'll be done! I strongly recommend working with Gary for any service required on your BMW.

The single worst experience in my automotive experience was had at Irvine BMW and that includes rolling and writing off a car in my over exuberant teens. My car actually came out in a worst state of repairs than going in. So much so, that I had to tow it to a local mechanic who was willing to do the repairs that BMW Irvine caused but refused to pay for. In fact, seems they went out of their way to cause damage to my car or, best case, didn't give a crap. I ended up taking a $3500 just to end it and my own misery.

As a male in my 30's and having had my 3 series for 8 years, it was coming to the end of its life and I was considering trading up to a 4 or 5 series. I will never drive, nor own a BMW again, nor have to visit such a disrespectful establishment again. Ultimate disappointment, I wish I had never wasted my money.

We had a great experience with our salesperson William Yen. He was attentive, answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable. I highly recommend William and will definitely be back in the future to work with him on our next BMW.

We originally considered to purchase one from another dealership and we could not come to agreement there and went to Irvine BMW. We are very glad we purchased from Irvine BMW.

We were in the search for a new lease as our current Lexus lease was up. We wanted to see Audi x4 and review options BMW was offering. Representative pointed out to the outside saying the only x4 they have is somewhere on the parking lot. He mentioned that he will send someone to help us. As we were waiting outside for assistance we found the car. 20 minutes in to it no help arrived. There were no costumers, they were not busy to ignore us.

Stopped by after looking online for a new certified pre-owned BMW. Vasilis helped me as soon as I stepped out of my car. It was an slow early morning at Irvine BMW. Lol. Anyways, he helped me look a some sport wagons. And we test drove a few of them. Take the long route to test drive your car! Negotiated a price and finalized a deal. In general, pain free experience and they even picked me up from John Wayne Airport after I returned my rental car.

The only downside to the experience was waiting around for finance to sign some paperwork. It was a Sunday. I guess many people are off in that department on the weekend. I thought it took a little too long.

But I would recommend Irvine BMW and told Vasilis that I ll be back in a few years for an upgrade.

I moved to Laguna Niguel a little over two months ...

I moved to Laguna Niguel a little over two months ago. I got two recall notices on my BMW shortly after my arrival. When I called to schedule an appointment with Irvine BMW, I had no problem.

I was assigned to Gary Temel and took the car in yesterday morning at 11am. I choose not to get a loaner, but requested an Uber, which picked me up very quickly. Your team in that department were very nice and organized.

Gary said the repair would take about four hours, however, they discovered an oil leak that needed to be repaired before they could fix the recalls, so I had to leave the car over night. This was not a problem for me.

Gary called around 11am today to let me know the car was ready. He saw that an Urber picked me up very soon after we spoke.

I had excellent service at Irvine BMW, and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Gary took great care of me, and I appreciate that very much.

I've owned about 7 cars since i got my driver's license back in 2010 and tend to change them like boyfriends. LOL...Needless to say, I try to avoid stealerships as best as I can. I've had some horrendous experience in the past. Irvine dealership is one of the best lineup of car dealerships I know of. I purchased my 2018 640i GT there.

My salesman was Andrew Einhorn. Hands down one of the coolest dude and friendliest salesmen I've ever dealt with. I found him on their website. Andrew is honest, he tried to work out a schedule that worked for me to come in to look at the vehicles. Stand up individual. A real rarity, especially among other car salesmen who usually can't tell the cruise control lever for the wipers. Andrew takes PRIDE in his job, in making his customers happy and making deals go smoothly. He never once pressured me, was surprisingly honest about certain features of certain cars (to my benefit) and in the end, was my reason for purchasing from Irvine. From the moment we met to the moment we agreed on price, an almost zero haggle experience by the way, even though i haggled him to death...hahhaha. Andrew was making sure I was comfortable, had water, coffee, whatever I needed. This salesman should be the standard for all car dealerships. Well done Andrew, I owe you dinner! It was a pleasure going broke with you.

Andrew is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever had doing ANY car deal. Andrew's positive attitude and fantastic customer service skills could have sold an ice to an eskimo. Thanks again Andrew. To anyone wanting a stand up guy to talk to or buy a BMW from, give Andrew Einhorn a shout. I m writing to say what a wonderful car buying experience that I had at the Irvine BMW dealership this past weekend.

The sales associate Ketan Patel was the most amazing sales associate I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I cannot tell you how may times I have been to a dealership, not finding the car of my dreams, only to be asked several times by the sales associate (fearing they are not going to get the sale), What can I do to earn your business today? Then being bumped up to his manager who is also is trying to sell me the car that I do not 100% love, and also being asked, What can I do to earn your business today ? Well, I can say that did NOT happen at Irvine BMW

Ketan had only one plan for me, and that was to find me a car that I absolutely loved, 100% absolutely loved!

I went down to Irvine BMW dealership last weekend because they had two used M2 s on your lot, and I figured I would be able to test drive them. But after doing a test drive in the M2, Ketan could tell by my reactions that I did not totally love it. First World Problems! He told me it was one of his absolute favorite cars but he did not push me into it. So we went back to the lot and tested out a used 2015 M4. After hearing that engine start and after driving it 100ft I knew the M4 was the car for me. How did I know because my legs were shaking from pure excitement.

Needless to say I ended up buying a new 2018 M4. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ketan and I totally believe that had I gone to Irvine BMW and met Ketan that I would not have my M4 dream car in my garage and I would not be on cloud 9 right now.

I want to thank everyone who I worked with at Irvine BMW in getting me into a new 2018 M4. You have a new lifelong loyal client now. I hope to be buying more M s from you in the future. Thank you for being my new trusted dealership. I will always remember how great I was taken car of by your staff.

Satisfied customer. I had really good buying car experience here, Renzo provided me with out-the-door price from the start. He replied promptly so all I had to do was to come to the dealer to test drive and sign papers. David assisted me with the test drive and paperwork, seems like a very hard working person. Instead of letting me wait for the finance person, he brought out the papers to sign and briefly identify each papers. David also didn't forget to do what he promised.

I came to the dealership needing to buy 2 cars. At first, I didn't feel like I got a lot of love from the salesmen, which is understandable because I came in without an appointment wearing a T-shirt and shorts. I asked for help, and the sales manager introduced me to Brandon Kim. Within two hours, Brandon and I agreed on a deal to buy 2 cars: M235i and X5. The primary reason I agreed to buy these 2 cars so quickly was because I felt Brandon was being honest with me and worked really hard to find the right car at the right price for me. At the end of the day, that's all a consumer can ask for, is to get a fair deal with an honest salesman. I was able to drive away with the M235i fairly soon after making the deal. But the X5 was being shipped, so I had to wait a while for it to come in. During that time, Brandon kept in touch with me on the status of the car. There was a point when the X5 seemed like it may not come in by the time he'd promised, he was willing to find ways to get me a loaner car. Fortunately, the X5 came right on time, so he didn't need to get me a loaner car, but it does show great customer service on Brandon's part.

Test drove a pre owned 528i with Chad delasantos or something like that.. He is the INTERNET SALES MANAGER!!! Contacted him with an offer 2 days later. He says they can work with that, and then never heard back from him.. Left 2 emails multiple phone calls, he just ignores them. Called on restricted and spoke to him and he said he was "with a customer" and he would call back but never did...
Emailed him again but no response as usual. If the offer was unacceptable to him he should have the courtesy to say so and not blow off customers.

I would expect better customer service from a high end brand like BMW. Toyota reps have better courtesy and customer service than these "salesman" 2012 that BMW of Irvine hires.

Oh and later that night I checked the stock Number on that bmw I put an offer in for and it wasn't in their system anymore. Must have sold it. Good for them but at least tell me so I don't waste my time waiting for a response and can find another car.

If this is the service and courtesy Irvine bmw's sales manager extends to their customers don't expect anything more from a normal sales person..

I just bought a new 2013 X5 diesel from Irvine BMW. What can I say about Irvine BMW, they are simply a fantastic top-notch dealership in every possible way. I worked with Andrew Einhorn and Paul Bailey, and they are the real deal. They are both extremely genuine, up front, and honest. Not only did they give me a fantastic deal, but they made the entire buying experience at Irvine BMW the best I ve ever had. They held true to their word, and I was in and out within 1 hour. Zero star for service center, the worst BMW servic...

Zero star for service center, the worst BMW service center, always gave us car back at least 3 hrs late. We only came here twice, first time, my husband had to call uber home cuz the car didn't finish in one whole day, and we live far, so we have to pay our own Uber fee. Today is second time, was told the car will be ready by 3! Now is 6:45pm my husband is still waiting, unbelievable! No more BMW car in the future! Terrible service!

Having been a BMW driver for years, my hope was to replace my leased BMW with another, but at a lower monthly payment. My husband and I researched other brand options to compare against another BMW. As soon as we arrived to Irvine BMW, at the end of our search, I had in my head that I know these cars are well made, the brakes are the best, they drive smoothly, the interior is styled for a comfortable ride, I like the easy access to the dashboard features and the exterior is classic, sleek and sporty. I was worried though about staying in my price range. We were greeted by a smiley salesperson named Seph. Right away I felt Seph's kind and genuine energy and I trusted his no pressure suggestion to just see what they might have to fill my needs. Seph was remarkably easy to talk to and I felt like he truly wanted to help me find the best car/value. He didn't ever try to sell me something other than what I hoped for. This was such a warm experience for my husband and I that we brought our daughter to see Seph a few weeks later, to buy her new car. Our overall experience was excellent with Seph and the dealership, as a whole. I left with an upgraded BMW with a smaller monthly payment! I am so happy.

Shopping for a car during this pandemic is awful. Went to a few different dealerships in my area (San Diego).
Called Irvine BMW and spoke with Renzo to see if the car I saw online was still available . He immediately sent me a link for pre-approval and recorded a video for me to see my new potential car. I wasn t able to go up until the next day so I was a bit nervous that the car would still be there.
Renzo texted me the next morning to confirm our appointment and met us at the front when we arrived. From the minute we got there until the moment we left, he was amazing! He did everything to make sure we felt comfortable. He made sure he kept his mask on, offered us hand sanitizer and we used our own pen. Being in the health field, these things are important to me!
He explained everything on the paperwork and even spent time showing me the features in my new car!
I ve purchased plenty of cars in the past but Renzo has by far exceeded all of my expectations. Knowing I had a long drive home, he even texted to make sure I got home ok. 100% satisfied with Irvine BMW

I d been in contact with Pieter at Irvine BMW for the past serval months as I was looking to get out of my i3 lease because I couldn t stand that car. I spoke with Pieter in person 8 months before the end of my lease and he mentioned I could roll over my old lease into a new lease with BMW and they d pay 3 of the 6 months I had remaining and the other 3 months would go into my new lease. Great! However he offered me vehicles I wasn t interested in and I told him I d wait till the end of my lease of the i3 and go find another car that I was interested. I received an email from BMW Friday about President s Day sales on the X1 and I do like this car so I emailed Pieter and we figured out a time for me to come in to find out if we could work something out between my old lease and this potential new lease. Needless to say, he was able to work out a payment that was close to my i3 payment I d had originally (cause I really didn t want to pay more monthly). I now realize there was no mention of BMW taking a couple of my monthly payments which was discussed. I thought there was some sort of loyalty with staying with BMW? On the positive side, Pieter and Fred were both very friendly and helpful. Great about moving the process along as quickly as possible to get me out the door in my new car! Which I do love by the way! But I will think twice before going into another lease with BMW.

Pieter and the Irvine BMW team are the best! It never once felt like they were trying to "sell" me anything. Pieter always had our best interest and is all about making things right. From the start of my search Pieter knew what I wanted and was destined to find it. We remained in close contact and within a month I was able to transfer from a lease to buying my own car with confidence because of him! They make car buying with kids SO easy! Not this dealership though- I found myself staring at an i8 for about 20 minutes until I tapped on a salesperson's shoulder and asked if they worked there. on June 6th 2015, I purchase a CPO 2012 BMW 550i. Today marks the 10th time this car has gone into service in just 5 months. various issues from the fuel door breaking twice, a handful of oil leaks, fuel pump dying on the 91 freeway at bad windshield, etc...this car is a lemon and Irvine BMW doesn't seem to be able to get it fixed right. While I appreciate that they are friendly and give me loaner cars...it would be great to have a reliable car. Here's hoping they can finally fix it right this time.

I recently had my X3 towed to them because it would not start. The service rep Brook was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. They gave me a X5 as a replacement car until mine was fixed. Brook followed up with me as soon as they knew what was wrong with my car to give me all the details. The car was ready the following day. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is I think the cars should be detailed prior to giving them back to the owner including the inside. My car was rinsed off but was already forming water spots. I will be using them again .

I've been to over 15 BMW dealerships in the country to service my vehicle. This one is the worst!!! I called ahead of time to make an appointment and the guy on the phone couldn't have been ruder! I showed up on time the next day and they flat out IGNORED me. Other customers came in behind me and they started helping them only. I thought I was in the twilight zone! I've never had a negative experience at any BMW dealership before and to see how bad the service here was shocked me. The prices they were quoting were way overpriced too. If you're in the OC, do yourself a favor and go to Sterling or Crevier. This place is ridiculous! Please stay away.

I went in to Irvine BMW twice to give them the opportunity to sell me a 4 series BMW Convertible. The first time Brandon Kim offered me 14k for my 335is convertible which I knew was being auctioned for 21k. Once I told him I knew my cars value, he claimed to have read the wrong number from his manager.
At that point I knew I couldn t trust him so I left and came back a few months later to give him another shot at earning my business. He wasn t willing to accommodate ANY of my requests until I posted a negative review online. At that point I gave him a 3rd chance to keep my business by asking for the name of his manager (knowing that sometimes salesmen give the wrong name). He provided a name which was not listed as a manager on their site so again he lost my trust.
I then reached out to his real manager, Mike Anjard, and gave Irvine BMW a 4th chance to keep my business. I told him I had a friend in finance so I knew what rate I was eligible for. He still tried to mark me up a point on my interest rate by claiming the rate I mentioned wasn t possible unless my friend in finance would approve the rate for him . Thus, I ultimately went to Sterling BMW and asked their salesman the same questions I asked at Irvine BMW. The difference was that John at Sterling did not try to play games and he actually answered my questions very straight forward and honestly. And wouldn t you know, I got the correct financing and it didn t require my friend to sign off on it like Mike at Irvine BMW claimed. For those reasons, I purchased a 4 series convertible from John at Sterling yesterday afternoon, my husband will renew his lease with John at Sterling next year, and in one more year I will also trade my current car in for a lease at Sterling BMW.

Sam Walton once said, There is only one boss, the customer, and he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. So.... Irvine BMW... you re fired!

Visited Irvine BMW Service Department after my BMW blew a hose and over heated on the 405. I was lucky enough to be assigned Gary Temel as my service advisor. Gary was waiting for me as soon as my car was towed to the dealership. He had my information as soon as I arrived and loaner car ready for me. He was courteous, professional and completely organized and had me on my way in no time. Gary kept me informed of the progress of my repair and I never had to call to for status of completion. The next service appointment I have at Irvine BMW, I will be sure to ask for Gary. Great customer service Gary!

Renzo was amazing. I called him prior to going in to purchase a car, and he was very transparent, honest, and easy to do business with. Had me in and out in less than an hour, and beat 3 different quotes I had received on an x6 2020 from other bmw s. I now own 3 bmw s and my experience with Renzo, by far exceeded my expectations and past experiences when it comes to shopping for a new car.

I only deal with Lee in the parts department, He is a star. Always helpful and happy to make sure that I as a customer get treated fairly and quickly.
I cant say the same about Sean but it could be just a personality thing. Sean really does know his stuff but hes a bit indifferent. Always a clean well stocked dealer so I appreciate that.
Also if you are looking for a car Renzo is a good guy to deal with.

Internet sales guy Anthony will earn your business. Excellent customer service. No pressure and will perform due diligence. Observing other sales persons interact with long time customers exhibits a down home feel. Inventory is well stocked for the particular model I was looking for.

couldn't be much worse, brake pads and rotors were in spec few days before I took the car to do oil change, they claimed both pads and rotors are out of spec, so I told them to change, front brake pads and rotors and rear brake pads cost more than $2000, they said brake fluid were dirty, steering fluid dirty as well. After haggling, $1800 + tax..

We dealt with Brandon Kim when buying our certified pre owned BMW 435i convertible. They had the exact fully loaded car we had been searching for. We live out of state, and Brandon Kim was super easy to work with, and as a matter of fact, picked me up personally at John Wayne when I flew in to pick up the car, and drive it back to Nevada.

Fair, easy, and no BS. Would definitely recommend.
