One of the worst experiences I have ever had with ...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. I don't want to give any star. If you want to experience how bad a customer can be treated, this is the place. Giving 5 star when oil was changed or when the Service rep spoke well is not the real measure of how good the organization is. Crevier BMW does NOT care about it's Customer ! I am really surprised how they are still in business ? I would not have given a bad review if I was not happy with just one person in the company.
All I wanted was a Bike Hitch on my BMW X3. The Parts Sales Rep had no clue as to what parts need to be installed ? The Service Rep and Sales Rep together gave me an estimate of about $1600+ . I was told that this Hitch will be installed in such a way that it will stay flush and aligned and under the rear bumper. When it was installed after 2 days , the bill was $1000+ instead $1600+ . The hitch was one of the ugliest thing that I have ever seen ! It was the wrong hitch which protruded about a feet away from the rear bumper. I immediately asked them to remove it. They refused and they said the right Hitch would cost $2600+ . Were they not supposed to say this before they installed the hitch ? Being a big BMW Dealer don't they need to know the right parts ? After arguing and after 2 days they finally decided to REMOVE and REFUND the entire cost of the Parts and Service. It's been almost a month since they removed the hitch but have NOT REFUND the amount that they had charged. The Service Rep said it is Accounting department that is responsible for refunds and they will process and mail a check. I have made the payment using credit card and till now I have not received the check nor debit to my credit card. The service rep is NOT answering my any calls, voice messages nor emails. The Guest Relationship manager has not responded to my voice message. The Customer Relationship manger who is responsible for Survey feedback has NOT responded. When I call the reception and ask her to connect the call to service rep , service manger or guest relationship manager always says the lines are busy, they are in a meeting and asks me to leave a voice message. I have not got any response to my voice message nor emails. All I am asking is to refund my money ! I am now regretting why I even bought my car from Crevier ? My worst experience.

Dan at Crevier was able to identify the problem, fix it, kept in touch with me, and even held my car for me until I got back into town. They even picked me up at the airport to take me to the dealership to reclaim my vehicle. Outstanding service.

As bad an experience as you can imagine. Avoid like the plague. Made appointment days in advance for 9 a.m. I speak to service who says should take 4 hours (just brakes, but okay), and they'll bring car back. Get a call 4 hours later, to ask me what service I needed!!! Service manager had not the slightest clue about anything I'd already spoken to his staff about, no idea when the car would be serviced and no idea how long it would take. I tell him I'm at my office without a car, and he says, "We'll try to get it back to you today . . . " Stay clear . . . Sterling much superior.

I have been taking my X5 before we sold it and my M5 here since I have owned it and the staff here has always been incredible! It's a completely different experience then other dealerships as far as quality of service and quality of experience! From the person who greets you at the entrance to the service department to the great people behind the loaner and cashier department, I feel like everyone treats you like friends and family! My service advisor Richard Kim has been helping me for years now and we have connected as much more than just customer/service advisor. He asks how my family is doing, how my baby girl is, and generally speaking, he cares as well as others at Crevier. Richard and the team have always taken care of me and my family and for that, I am forever grateful.

My mom took the car for a recall and when she took it they crashed it and when they gave it back she got it a check engine light on. She call Paul and told him that she couldn't find the check in paper but she was sure that the check engine light wasnt on and he said it was on the he have paper, and when my mom brought in the car, he didnt know that my mom had the orginal copy that said the light wasnt on and he brought out a paper that he change to make it look like it had it. So he lied and try to defend his lie by showing a paper that he faked. After he said it would take about 3 days to fix the light and bumper and its been 3 weeks and they havent even started to work on it. My mom would call and a lot of the time they would ignore her call. The costume serviece is aweful and its disrepectful that they lied her. I would dont recommend taking your car here, and always make sure that you keep the orginal copy.

M sport package, looks amazing and drives even better on the way back home! Was well worth the drive to sign and drive, fast process and definitely will be returning for service! Came out from Denver and bought a preowned certified 2015 BMW 328i for my 21 year old (Chapman University student) daughter on December 23rd and must say that I was quite impressed with this dealership and their staff. Brett Orand was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and professional. The car was priced very reasonably with a red tag and I was delighted that there were no games or gimmicks to navigate around in the sales process. The price really was the price (plus sales tax and registration). Thanks kindly for the great service and an awesome car!

I searched online for multiple BMW dealers around the Orange County area and emailed about five dealers regarding a BMW 330i for my mom. I compared prices and service from McKenna, Sterling, Long Beach, Irvine, and Crevier. With only going by online negotiations, I managed to narrow the choices down to Crevier and McKenna BMW dealers. With those 2 dealers in mind, my mom decided she wanted to visit Crevier first and then McKenna after. I made an appointment with Tiffany and Kevin for a Saturday visit. Kevin made sure I received a calendar reminder and also gave me a follow up courtesy call to ensure the correct vehicle was ready for my arrival. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kevin and made me feel comfortable with no salesman pressure. Although the appointment was made to see Kevin, he was very busy on that particular day and let me know that Faraz will be handling the sale, and that he would poke in from time to time to check in to make sure we were taken care of. Faraz did a great job and I couldn t ask for a more smooth sales transaction. My mom became a first time BMW owner and couldn t be more happy. I would recommend Crevier to anyone looking for a BMW.

Free Car Wash with purchase on my new i3. That's an added bonus. Right? That is if you have two hours to burn. Took an hour to go through the wash tunnel. Then another hour to dry an vacuum. Didn't even vacuum behind the rear seats in the storage area. Wheels were about 60% clean. Not exactly what I expected from a show case BMW dealer.

Be aware when you go to the service department. I was told by Sonny that my tires are so bad that I am driving on metal. So I decided not to get them changed at the dealership instead I went to a tire shop near by and after testing the tires they told me they are good for another 10k miles. He was going to charge me Over a $1000 to get them replaced. Make sure you review the service contract before signing. What you get told by the service advisor is completely different on the document they make you sign. Always ask for older parts of you are getting things replaced. They have no integrity, they are only and only after your money. Zero customer service!!!!!!

I just leased a BMW i3 from Crevier, and want to comment on the excellent experience. Michelle King and Anthony Deng were the two sales people I worked with. Since this is the first electric car I ever drove, I had many questions, from technical specs, online connectivity in the car, charging options, as well as financial deal details. Michelle and her team answered all my questions, and I had a very pleasant and professional experience as a result. Kudos to their sales team.

Also, Crevier's inventory is large, and this allows them to offer special deals or discounts, and also to possibly have more leeway in taking in a trade or lease-return.

One more thing: If one purchases or leases an i3, one of the benefits is BMW's Flexible Mobility program. That program allows an owner of a BMW "i" vehicle to use on an occasional basis a "regular" gas vehicle at no extra charge. Because the i3 is not really designed for longer road trips, that program complements the i3 experience in case of longer trips. Relatively few dealers currently participate in this program, but Crevier does.

The color I was interested was not in stock, but Tobias managed to establish a trade so that I could get car. They were completely transparent, answering all questions and assisting everything from the deal to delivering the vehicle. I would highly recommend Marlene and Tobias on your next BMW purchase!

I compared other BMW dealers, but Crevier had the best price/deal hands down every time! I bought two BMWs here including the i3 and X5, I had the best experience with sales person and the sales manager. He gave me a straight deal and was not disrespectful. I walked out of there with the deal I had in mind and got some bonuses as well. The service department is definitely better too! Ask for John Deck. He went out of his way every time my wife went in and she was surprised. Nobody tries to sell anything we don't need and really knows technical details about their cars. I am an engineer and I really like the fact that service people know the BMW cars and really think about the customer's point of view. Great job Crevier BMW!!

Ray Balbin made my experience outstanding. I was actually going to leave the dealership because no one acknowledged me or offered to assist me outside in the lot or inside the showroom. I had been looking for a car but had no intentions of buying one on the day I visited the dealership. We happened to be in the area and stopped to browse the lots in this area. On my way out. I ran into Ray and he greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I said no but later asked my husband to get his card just in case. Long story short my husband saw a car he wanted to test drive. Ray was with a customer but went out of his way to find someone to help us. We went on the test drive and Ray met us when we returned. He didn't hassle us, he listened to us and went above and beyond in regards to customer service. I would send everyone I know to buy a car from Ray. He is a keeper! I left with a 2016 X6. He went over all the bells and whistles before we drove off the lot and gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. Did I mention he is AWESOME???

The service advisor and tech were very helpful, he even went on a quick ride to try to diagnose the rattling I hear. We will return for future work.

I drove all the way out from San Diego to pick up my perfect car and it couldn t have been easier. I started texting with Israel Hernandez after I inquired about a previous service loaner they had listed on their website. We were able to quickly agree on a price and I was on my way to pick up my car. When I arrived the paperwork was ready for me and the deal was exactly what we had agreed upon. This was the least stressful car buying experience I ve ever had. They have a huge selection and friendly staff (far better than any BMW dealer in San Diego). I am not the kind of person to write reviews unless it was a stellar or unpleasant experience, however, I can confidently say that the experience I had at Crevier BMW was nothing short of amazing. From the countless questions regarding tracking my vehicle that I ordered, to last second decision changes in terms of color, options, and other aspects of my order, Crevier BMW was always helpful and informative. I worked with Marlene and Tobias and they were hands down the most helpful client assistants I had ever worked with. There was no shadiness and no dishonesty that is present at many other dealerships. Also, Marlene and Tobias had made this experience as smooth as it could possibly be. Bought a BMW last year, it was 2017 X3! The car had 20500 miles on it and it was certified! We paid more because it was certified so we trusted BMW for certifying the car! We were told that the car has been checked throughly and we shouldn't worry about anything! I specifically asked about the breaks and again we were told the breaks are brand new! Due to Covid 19 the car was parked for the most part of 2020, we put only 2000 miles on it! Last week I took the car for just regular service and we were told that both front breaks pads along with rotors need to be replaced, estimating $1600! After going back and forth was service manager, I ended up going to the sales manager (the manager of the department where I bought the car)! I explained that we paid more for the car because it was certified and now the breaks need to be replaced! We only drive 2000miles! The sales manager said that he will check the certification details and get back to me in 2 days! Now, it's been almost a week and haven't heard from the manager!! Obviously not a trust worthy dealership and bad business practice! I honestly don't think they checked the car and breaks during the certification process! They just charge you More and give you a sheet of paper to make you feel good only! I don't recommend this dealership and their service! Save your money and go to a different dealership! I expect a better service from BMW and particularly this dealership! Bad business practice and service!

Garbage, rudest people ever for the most part. A handful of people there are good and professional. Julia Aldman is horrible at what she does there, very rude and disrespectful! Service manager in new car sales needs to be more in tune with what the customer has gone through in that BMW dealership. I would like someone from BMW to contact me so i can explain with detail how infuriating my experience has been, just to say the least my family and friends will not go and buy another BMW from these people ever again, so rude, so unprofessional and condescending was our experience. Hands down, Saeed is one of the most friendly and helpful salesmen ever!! We came around 4:30 pm on Saturday thinking the dealership closes at 7 pm and not really looking to purchase a car yet. Saeed listened, weighed in his opinions, and stayed overtime to help us purchase the 330. Since there was a language barrier with my parents, he was very patient while waiting for me to translate and even tried to communicate with them. We practiced social distancing and were offered hand sanitizers occasionally. Do not hesitate to go to this dealership, they seriously know what they re doing and not pushy about it.

This review is strictly for the Sales and Parts since we haven't taken the vehicle to the service department yet.
My family has been loyal to BMW for a long time loyal to one dealership due to the service they provided us from the Sales, Parts, and Service department. That all changed when the General Sales Manager and some of his team went with him to a rival brand. They were replaced with a group that knew nothing about the BMW brand and the typical customer. Luckily for us Anthony Dang came highly recommended from a friend who works at one of Crevier BMW's sister companies.
Let me say that Anthony understands what customer service is really about and that is listening to your customer. He understood right away what we wanted and knew it wouldn't be something normally found on his lot. He didn't waste time by trying to sell us something we most likely wouldn't be happy with he just told us we would need to order the car and how long we could expect the wait time to be.
After placing the order for the vehicle we were constantly kept aware of what was going on until the car finally arrived. Once it had arrived Anthony was the model of efficiency in getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He made sure that while we were filling out the paperwork, that Finance was ready, and once we were done with Finance that the BMW product specialist was ready to walk us through the features in the car. I have to say everyone Randy in Finance and Nate the BMW specialist were helpful in talking to us and making sure we were aware and understood everything completely.
Truly I believe we found our replacement dealership. I will be writing later about the service department hopefully they perform as well as their counterparts in sales.
Almost forgot to add the price Anthony quoted was the price he gave us which was more than reasonable. He didn't try to fast talk us into a bunch of things we didn't need, definitely lets the product speak for itself.

I really appreciated the extra time and effort Mark Holmes put into finding me what I call my Mini Panda (BMW X1 xdrive28i). I felt special in his care and enjoyed the entire sales process with him. Had it not been for Mark's great personality and eagerness to satisfy my search, I would have immediately left after realizing the 2016 X1 I initially inquired about didn't have the panoramic sunroof. Mark was truly genuine... yes, genuine salesmen do exist. His quick thinking and mastery of inventory management served me well. I drove out of the dealership with a 2017 X1 equipped with the premium package, panoramic sunroof (my must have), practically new (less than 5k miles on odometer), purchased at a good price with great financing via Crevier BMW.

Where do I begin? I couldn't be happier with my 435i purchase. I had ordered the vehicle a few months ago and it was the easiest transaction one can ask for when having to deal with purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership. From start to finish, it was the easy and smooth. With the help of Tony, David, and Arnie, I was able to select the car and come to an agreement in a very fast manner. I already knew what I was looking for, even though I did end up with a car with much more upgrades than I had anticipated. But overall, from the time I selected the vehicle, to the time to I had to get through the finance department, until the time I went to pick up the car, I couldn't have asked for more than what everyone at Crevier have been able to do for me. My experience has been wonderful and I do highly recommend take a quick trip there if you every decide to go for a BMW.

Rick Krouch was AWESOME! He actually drove back to work several hours after he got off to help us buy our X6. We have been a German car family for years both Audi and BMW but we won't go anywhere else but Crevier from now on. The service was top notch and sales staff were friendly and helpful and very professional. Finance was smooth and fast and we were in and out in less than 2 hours and that included a test drive and training my wife on the feature of the new car. I really can't recommend this place highly enough and I completely understand why they sell more BMWs than anyone else in the country. Thanks again Rick.

I took my 08 128i to Crevier to have the PCV recall done on the car and asked if there were any good places where I could get my car smog done for my registration too. Turns out Crevier also performs smog certification and were able to get everything done quickly. Big shoutout to Brian Armstrong and Raul Reyes for helping me out and taking great care of my car! Returned my leased 7series. They were pretty generous with the lease inspection letting a tire bubble and front bumper scrapes go so I ll give them 1 extra star for that. But I was pretty shocked that they wouldn t give me a shuttle ride back home even though they said they would on the phone when I scheduled my appointment up to 15 miles from the dealer. You would think when you lease an $80k car, the least they could is give you a ride home when you drop you off their car.

My best friend and I were shopping around for my next car around mid July and decided to stop by at this BMW dealer. We were attended by Mr. Peter Fard, who was very aggressive on his approach towards us and even had the audacity to ask me if I was a US citizen! Which at that point was completely unnecessary and straight up rude... I had to tell him that he was not giving me any reason why to return to that dealer and I had to speak to him aggressively also just so he knew he wasn't going to treat me less than. I am sure he felt we were wasting his time and my friend, who was with me the whole time, got so irate that he really wanted us to leave; which we did and I would never return to this dealer if I ever have to deal with Mr. Fard again... Such an aggressive, angry and rude sales rep to deal with...I've bought over 7 cars and dealt with different sales rep over the years and by far he's the worst.
