This place is amazing. Just bought a car from Vasilis Hronas. He is personable and knowledgeable. He taught me so much about the i3. I went to two other dealerships and he was the best. If you need a car please go see Vasilis!!
Let me start with the positive. The sales staff was great. Maz accommodated our timing and never felt pressured at any time. However with most things, I have issues with the post deal. Specifically the added maintenance plan that was sold to me. My wife and I both heard the finance rep (Lance) say that the maintenance upgrade included the changing of the brake rotors and the pads when the time comes. That was explicit in his sales pitch and the main reason why I invested in the package. Fast forward to yesterday when I had my BMW's brakes serviced. You guessed it. The rotors were not changed but resurfaced. Explicitly contrary to what I was sold. Buyers beware and make sure that it is specifically written in your documents before you buy. I feel I was baited and switched.
Of the three BMW dealers I visited and the others that I worked with over the phone. Hands down Irvine BMW was the best. Terry Zwarka helped me find the right vehicle. He is super friendly and never pressured me; and I had a lot of requests and questions. At no point did I ever feel that I was not treated with the up most respect and importance. We talked on the phone, via email and text. I had been researching the BMW X3 and other cars in that class. After going thru the research process and deciding I wanted to go with the X3; I started by reaching out to the dealers around my area. Terry spent quite a period of time trying to hunt down the car with all the options, colors I wanted. It was quite difficult as local cars with the options I wanted just seemed to not be available. I even tried opening up my color choice. Terry asked me to stop by because he wanted to show me a car that had most of the options I wanted but was in a very different color combo than anything on my preference list. So I went on a test drive in another X3 as the car he want to show me was in another storage area. Well, when I saw the car with Carbon Black paint and the Cognac interior; that was it! I was sold. In closing, thank you Terry Zwarka and the staff at Irvine BMW!
Had a great experience with Ruben in the service department after having issues with my AC. The team set me up quickly with a loaner car while they ran tests on my car and let me choose the loaner car of my choice.
I Highly recommend Artin Avarian as a BMW professional salesman. This is my second car I leased from Artin at Irvine BMW. Both times everything went fast, smooth and easy. I had one time experience with him for BMW X4 M40i in 2017 , which was excellent, he takeout the car that i loved from showroom and it was fabulous and this time I asked him for more comfortable and bigger option and he offered me an X5 with extremely great negotiating price, he was straightforward as to what he could do; pricing was excellent and He made the lease process extremely effortless and I can t imagine dealing with someone else. He is really the best !!!

If you re financing a car, there s always a bit of dealer hocus pocus to try and get you to ignore the vastly inflated price you re paying for a depreciating product. In fairness to these guys the price of up front purchase and finance was clearly explained which is all I ask. I think people forget that unless you re pitching up with the asking price in your pocket then essentially you re just renting the vehicle from a bank. Derek Wilson at this dealership was honest and efficient and delivered what we agreed. I would highly recommend this dealership. (New 530d, excellent car. The front seats are all electric apart from the forward rear motion which I thought was a bit silly but apart from that it s pretty much flawless)
Also I might add that when I decided to change my 2 series I initially approached the dealership in London where I d bought it (new from bmw franchise) They had recently cold emailed me telling me how much they love their customers and that they d be delighted to assist me in my next purchase. I emailed them back thinking it s their lucky day and nothing, that annoyed me as they were the ones who contacted me not the other way around. So it was nice to find a good dealership local to me.

After some not so stellar service from a different internet sales rep, I was handed over to Carolyn. She basically saved the sale because of her 5 star customer service. When you internet shop, it s nice to get a response and not be placed behind someone just because they are physically there. You are still a paying customer and should be treated as such which she did. I felt like I could count on her and by the way, even after the sale, she still responds to my texts! She tries to respond in a timely manner and is professional and knowledgeable of her product. Her customer service is excellent and treats you as you expect to be treated when you purchase a BMW. I highly recommend Carolyn when you visit Irvine BMW. She will make buying a car seem easy!
I brought my i3 in for maintenance they accommodated a loaner for the day and I was in and out in 20mins. Great service, quick response and they were done the work by end of the work day.
I came here twice and received just terrible treatment both times (and it was far worse the second time).
For my first visit, I came for a scheduled maintenance under warranty. The level of service here was shockingly cold and poor, and I constantly felt out of place. My service advisor, Jenevieve Saldivar, kept close to no contact with me throughout the maintenance process. On top of that, Irvine BMW reached out to me about my experience and I truthfully told them how poor it was. I thought an improvement would be made, so when I noticed my car was making strange noises after service, I brought it back a week later.
My second visit was just SO much worse. Absolutely no help anywhere from Jenevieve, she refused to correctly schedule my service appointment after confirming the wrong time for me (she even said she fixed it when she clearly didn't), and she just gave the most absent and unapologetically poor service I've had at any dealership. On top of that, my BMW was never fixed (Jenevieve gave me a terrible reason, leading me to just feel resigned) and it didn't even get the complimentary carwash the second time.
So basically, Irvine BMW doesn't take consumer feedback seriously and they are not a trustworthy dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back.

We have been loyal BMW customers for over 10 years having bought more than 8 BMWs or so
We went to Irvine BMW and were greeted by a salesperson who took us to this other saleperson at the desk named Montaya
The sales person asked Montaya if he could help me, my wife and our 10 yr old, Montaya curtly replied "Why Cant you" After the other sales person explained why, he made us have a seat
From the get go, Montaya at Irvine BMW was rude, condescending, tone of voice was irritable and made poor eye contact
Initially we dismissed it off, when we asked about vehicles, I told him the two I liked and he quoted the price and mentioned "These are non negotiable prices" We had not even asked him if the prices could be bought down
Long story short this behavior continued and he had someone named Peter show us one car, then we went back to him
He went to appraise our Car BMW 535i White with beige interior, Nav, rear view cam etc and in pristine condition and started talking down about the car and then demanded me "Get your registration" " Give it to me"
I didnt hear any please or anything customer friendly
when We went back in, my wife and daughter decided to stay back outside due to his behavior
He went to his manager came back with the appraisal and threw the paper at me at which point I became assertive and said there was no reason for BMW customer service to behave this way
He ignored and kept looking at the computer screen
I requested to see his Boss, he said he will call his Manager Fred who came to me and started saying oh you are from a different country and maybe he doesnt know how to talk its unlike Montaya, I understand because I am from South Africa
I told him its not a cultural issue its a customer service issue, Fred went on to say My Teen Son behaves this way sometimes with me" I reminded Fred that Montaya was not his son nor was he a teenager at which point Fred said he was born and raised here and implied somehow this whole thing was our fault
Please give me a formal grieviance against Montaya and Manager Fred for being dismissive and making it a race and cultural barrier

I went to BMW the dealership last month with the family, bought a very lightly used (demo car) SUV for our family. I was greeted at the door by Ramiro. He was very patient with us, considerate, friendly and not pushy.
We bought the car the same day and the manager (Fred) and the finance team (Tami) both stayed late to help us close the transaction. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. We walked away and truly felt they tried at their best to help us get the best deal BMW could offer.
This is our second BMW, and we are very happy with it so far.

Ruben kept me informed all along the way honestly letting me know what was going on even when the news wasn t initially positive, which I appreciated. On his day off he made sure his foreman followed up with me, which he did - Gary called me to ask my permission to drive it 25ish miles to make sure they had fixed the issue and that the light wouldn t come back on, which of course I agreed. Gary told me that Ruben would be following up with me the next day and, as promised, Ruben called - my car was ready and washed! BMW Service of Irvine is outstanding! My car was completed on time, as they estimated and the maintenance issues were corrected and they delivered the car with a wash and clean. Today I had a service appointment at Irvine BMW at 9am. I reached around 8:50. Waited till 9:15 no one came, finally one gentleman named Gary came and apologized for the delay. I can fully understand the 15 minutes wait as it was a busy saturday. for lot people who are working 5 days a week like me this is the only day where we can service our car.
Early today before leaving for service I received a text from one gentleman named Maz, to check whether I will be having some time to check for new cars, I replied yes, in fact I have started looking for a new car as warranty on my current one was getting expired.
I met this guy after completing my service formalities. He appraised my car and quoted a amount which was below my expectation, I asked him how can a BMW depreciate so much?
Not sure what went wrong - suddenly he switched his profession from a car sales person to my financial advisor. He started telling me that he and his family rides a 2006 Nissan Armada which he brought by paying cash, which was wisest decision he has taken. Well good for him, I ride a car which I want and can afford. Then Maz reminded me that this is not Iran (He said he is from Iran) but United States of America where car's value depreciates.. :)
Then he advises I should buy a Camry !!!! The funniest part was he asked me not to come to dealer for oil change and all as it is costlier...

My service guy at Irvine BMW is very friendly and efficient. He gets five stars for attitude and personality. However this was my second visit for the same issue. There was confusion over whether I had an appointment and the loaner car department didn t have my reservation. Irvine BMW service dept is fine for warranty work as long as you are very specific about want you want done. I started going to a third party mechanic befor the end of my warranty and he found warranty repairs that a regular service appoint at the dealer would not find.
I just had a great experience over the weekend. William Yen went our of his way to make the car purchase enjoyable. It started from the initial greeting to driving away with the purchased car. William in Sales, by far provided the best experience I have had purchasing a car and I have had many of those.

DO NOT COME HERE to service your BMW. Appointment messages were never returned and the service people's attitudes are just horrendous. In the past, prior to the current remodeling, we brought all of our vehicles here for servicing since it is the closest bimmer dealership, and we have received great services in the past. Now, it's just awful to the max.
For one thing, if you're in for a half day service, you can't get a loaner, and you're stuck in the bungalow or take the shuttle without anything to drive in. Right after I had my new car serviced there, the check engine light came on on the way home for no reason. It required another trip back to the dealership, and was told it would take 4 days to get it looked at, for something very likely caused by the initial service. That's just unacceptable by any car service standards.
Secondly, when I went to my vehicle to get my insurance for the loaner, on the way back to the loaner desk, I saw the guy handling the loaner registration appeared to have just taken a picture of my driver's license and credit card (lined up side-by-side in front of him) using his personal cell phone. I caught him holding the phone horizontally over my cards and he tried to put it away inconspicuously when I walked in but I saw him doing it. WTH!!! I was only gone for 1 minute but I totally regret leaving my license and cc at the counter. Now I have to call my cc company to issue a new card just in case. Irvine BMW, I hope you conduct extensive background checks on your employees. This is utterly disturbing.
I don't know what happened to this dealership but the standard of this past service gets a grade of F minus. The trust factor is completely gone. We will take all our warranty services elsewhere from now on.

Brandon Kim was the difference maker when it came to purchasing our BMW 428 xdrive GC M sport option. Mercedes prices were good but the sales people were less than enthusiastic. We had to insist on a test drive ! Other BMW dealerships kept in touch but didn't go the xtra mile. At the time the 428 GC wasn't even out yet but Brandon kept in touch and as soon as the first one rolled in, he called us in for a test drive...without hesitation. That sealed the deal so we custom ordered for him and waited for it...Brandon kept us informed and up to date on the build and ship status. He treats his clients with respect and kindness..it wasn't just about the sale.
Gary was very helpful throught the process, gave some good suggestions for the maintainance of the car for long term.
I came in to test drive an X6 on a Saturday afternoon. I told the receptionist. She said someone would be right with me. No one ever came. When I went to walk out then people started apologizing and coming out after me. Sorry - too late. Overall poor customer service.

Jason is not your typical car salesman, He is straight up with you, gives you the best deal and you never feel like you re being taken advantage of. You know what I mean, the sleazy sales guy who you know just wants the sale no matter what it costs you. Jason is not that guy. Anyway, I ve gotten two cars from Jason and several friends have gotten cars from him as well and it has been a great experience every time. Love the service and the cars. The absolute worst dealership. TERRIBLE customer service. They sold me a 2018 440i with damage to roof and it took them over a month to fix it. They had to repaint my entire car causing my car to lose value. There are scratches where the dents used to be. They were rude and unresponsive to me the entire time my car was with them. Very unprofessional and awful experience.
