This would have been my fourth BMW, but they clearly didn't care to do business with me. I was very clear with the first salesman about what I wanted and was assured a deal can be reached. However, when Artin got involved, the experience went sour. He was short, rude and seemingly careless. When I gave him my bottom line, he literally got up from his seat and said he cannot do it. Will be going to Crevier.
