Great stay. The room and building were very nice and right next to the convention center. We were able to take the sky bridge to the center and completely avoid the rain. Although I didn't eat there, the breakfast like great. I would certainly stay again and coordinate professional events through them.

I had a flight cancelled at the last minute and needed a place to stay for the night. The Hyatt was available. When I booked, I accidentally booked two rooms, but they kindly cancelled the second. When I arrived, check in was quick and professional. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was nice enough that us slept through my alarm. The staff were all courteous, if not necessarily friendly. Overall, my stay was excellent.
Convention area is ok, rest rooms are to far away. Rooms could use updating. I was given a room that had not been cleaned, wow. I stay in hotels 100 nights a year for the past 15 years and never has this ever happened to me.
The front desk changed the room and gave me access to the Regency Club, since I was at a conference with food and drink provided this was on no use to me. The front desk gentleman did apologize. Has this happen to anyone else at this hotel?
Location was great, 10 mins from the airport, and a very short distance from an AMC theater and a number of restaurants. Rooms that we reserved were very small, but I would say they matched the cost ($90 at the time). Area was mildly noisy due to vicinity to airport. Bathrooms could use some updating. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall the hotel was great and the restaurants reasonable for a high end restaurant. However, at midnight on the second night of our four night stay the ceiling caved in the the bathroom. We had to stay up while men came to fix in our pj's which took about an hour. Then the very next day the new tile started to cave in AGAIN! The sent someone to our room to fix it again and meanwhile, we were never offered so much as an apology for our troubles. So that is what significantly lowered the score of the stay.
Very nice hotel, modern, convenient to the airport with 24 hour coffeeshop & convenience store on the 1st floor. Rooms are a bit small, not a 5-star hotel or anything, but easily worth what they charge if you need to be near the airport.
This rosemont hyatt place is poorly organized and they take it granted of customers. Nightmare to find parking spot within the parking garage(7 story building) or parking complex. I paid $25 for parking ticket for overnight stay, you will have to spend 1 hour to find the spot as no one there to help you assist finding one. If you stay at this hotel for 4 days, then you will pay $100 just for parking. The room i booked by hotwire was given is such a small room in the corner without any comforter. the bathroom is very tiny where you just get 1 square feet place to shower. Oh one more thing, they dont have any single vending machine to buy water or coke or chips. You must go to their shop and pay 6 dollars for small water bottle in the middle of the night. I feel this facility is highly under staffed. I would never stay any of these franchise hotels anymore. You may feel that i might be bit complaining over the line, but you don't know me and if u stay at this hotel with family you will find that. I am also traveling for job since last two years and i know about hotel stay atleast 40% common knowledge. This is first time i am complaining about a hotel in my entire life. That's the fact. The other ratings given here don't even match to the real experience. I would suggest to go schaumberg area to find a hotel where you can park ur car for free and get big rooms for your bucks and family comfort. that area is just 30 min drive to downtown.
The only way I can describe it is WOW!!! I went to a wedding ceremony, didn't have a room in the hotel sadly, but the entrance, the hallways, the bar, good places... awesome!!! One of those things where "a picture it's with a thousand words"... doesn't apply. Those pictures don't do justice to this place :-D
The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful set up. The food served was phenomenal! Water station in main lobby. Highly recommended for any conference
Best location for conventions in the Midwest. Been coming to conventions and staying at this hotel since 2006. Very consistent professional service, always staff somewhere to help, we asked for extra blankets well after checking in amd recieved them promptly. Legit my favorite hotel in the world.
Very friendly and warm staff but not actually helpful, went to the restaurant to have breakfast and the waiter wouldn t acknowledge me at all and after that I go them to make an order and even then they ignore me. I understand its the Holliday but at these times when either you make it or break it... not satisfied at all.
I attended a conference session here. It is a maze to get from the parking garage to the meeting rooms, but I got my steps in! Space was comfortable. Food was good. Acoustics and visuals were good.
The hotel is very clean and very upscale. The beds are soft and the televisions are huge. All in all this is a very nice hotel and everyone one here seems to be very kind. I went here for a college graduation and it is impressive how much room they have in this building. I would definitly recommend this hotel or the Hiatt I'm downtown Chicago for a great night of fun and relaxation!
I spend the better half of a week here and the room was adequate space for the other guests and myself. An additional point the thermostat works, which can't be said about other places. The staff were fun and when a problem arose they fix it i haste.
We looked rough after 4 days on the road the lady at the check out desk had us waiting for 10 minutes then finally someone else checked us in. Then we had to evacuate the next day for a false fire alarm.
The room is okay, I got a deal on priceline. I was wondering why its so cheap for hyatt.. After entering the room I realized why I got it for a cheaper price. The room is compact, washroom almost resemble flight washroom.. Carpet is sticky.. No microwave. So, I know next time I shouldn't look for deals and just go for an expensive room if I wish to stay in hotels of rosemont village. If you park in their garage, they charge you 30$ per day. So you get cramped room, stinking shower curtain and 30$ parking charges per day.
Booked a room here for the night, knowing we'd be exhausted after a long drive. We were really looking forward to checking in and grabbing a quick bite to eat. Alas, the restaurant on site was closed. So... got the baby bundled back up... Made the trek in the cold back out into the massive parking lot and went out for dinner. The rooms were comfortable, but small. The shuttle to the airport was prompt.
We had our company party for 500+ people at the Hyatt last night and it was a seamlessly orchestrated event. Service was great, food was delicious, and the room and set up were perfect. I also stayed overnight and that was also a wonderful experience. Thank you Hyatt for another perfect evening!!
Even though this hotel was built in the 1960's it's great design looks as though it was just opened. Combined with fantastic service from the entire staff makes this my choice hotel for ORD area. And one more bonus is that it's also walking distance to the new Rosemont entertainment district.
Was there overnight for an important meeting held in the hotel itself. Good clean facilities near the airport, though it still takes 15-20 mins to get there. Avoids center city traffic. Not crowded - at least the time I was there. Reasonable restaurant. Rooms are good.
Average oversized airport hotel. Smallish but comfortable rooms and friendly staff cannot compensate for the cold, impersonal feeling of the property. Also, one of the worse (if not the worst) airport shuttle experiences I have ever had - long waits, crowded, rude driver. Doesn t make a great first impression.
